Its called one call, but you can't call on a saturday. I wanted to add a driver and it took 2.5 hours on chat. First of all as the chat took so long to be answered, it kept throwing me off for inactivity. then i got through to someone who then said they had to put me through to renewals. so another wait. Eventually got through to AD1 who was very helpful but it still took another hour to answer all the questions and get the driver added. And these were questions i had already answered when the chat started.

Had an a couple of detail errors (mileage & direct debit) that hadn’t been updated correctly when renewing my car insurance, ET1 was super friendly & extremely efficient in resolving my issue. Was a pleasure dealing with him👍🏻 Much to my partners dismay & not sure I should admit this but I’m a Sheffield Wednesday supporter😂

EA6 - CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR. ELLIE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME TAKING THE TIME TO QUITE HAPPILY EXPLAIN CLEARLY JUST WHAT ALL THE BUMF ACTUALLY MEANT IN A WAY THAT I FINALLY UNDERSTOOD WHAT WAS ON OFFER AND WHAT I HAD SIGNED UP FOR.
