“I have given 5 stars purely for the help that I was given by LB5 on customer services. I am appalled by the amount I'm being charged to cancel my insurance policy as I no longer have the car. This 5 stars goes to LB5 for her help today, but OneCall - you will never be getting business from me again nor will I be recommending you.”
