“Fs2 was amazingly patient and kind this afternoon. I needed to change the email stored for this account, email was verified but was unable to reset my password. It then couldn’t find the account. Fs2 kept with me all the time and tried all she could to sort the issue. In the end the matter has been referred to the IT department. She was friendly and polite. A real asset to your company.”
