“I have still not had a receipt for my motorcycle insurance renewal. I have been waiting for a month. There is no contact phone number for help so I had to use the Onecall online portal for help. I was expecting to get the usual runaround and be told that it will take a few days to get it sent out. TS7 helped me with my enquiry. She understood my issue straightaway and promptly within a few minutes, confirmed my email details and sent it onto me. I was extremely impressed with her efficiency and very pleased with the result. My issue was sorted immediately. I wish other online portals were as helpfull as TS7. Thank you TS7.”

“Hi . I spoke to Jasmine (JM6 ) this morning regarding the transferring of my Insurance from my present car to my New car . This should have been done on Friday 17th when I submitted my changes but it had not been processed. Fortunately Jasmine & her team partner (JM3) had me sorted before I picked my new car up @ 11.30 . Well done (JM6 & JM3) 👍.”
