“Everything was good with the chat. However I then received and email saying one call cancellation in capitals. Making me assume my insurance was being cancelled,when instead it was an email asking for a review, causing unnecessary stress. Not professional at all also considering I have just changed insurers.”

“When i finally got through IS1 was very helpful. Made me happy after a stresfull day sorting out a new vehicle. The insurance bit was easiest. Would still prefer to talk to someone though. Proper talking. Maybe you should consider talking to anyone over age of 50....”

“I contacted One call insurance via webchat today and spoke with TJ1. We had to cancel an insurance policy on a house that we had sold. My request was dealt with quickly and politely. I was also directed to my current insurance policy on our new house as I had been unable to find it. First class service thank you.”
