“I needed to advise that I had modified my car (fitted a towbar). I consider this a fairly straightforward event so tried to do this on the website but couldn't work out how. I went to a chat and EF3 dealt with my query efficiently and quickly, top marks for personal customer service. I wouldn't give the website 5 though, as I should have been able to do this there at my own convenience.”
