“VH3 helped me with my query this morning. The lady I spoke to was very professional and courteous and gave me time to speak and answered most of my concerns/questions, however, not the agents fault, I again needed to speak to other departments to finish off which was arranged for me as a call back due to other agents giving wrong departments for me to speak to, that is 3 times in 2 days, annoying but I guess can happen. Thanks again though to VH3 agent.”
