Terrible service despite paying very high monthly payments Poor communication poor standard of service when genuine claim made ( first in over 15 years)Uncaring correspondence Will not recommend to friends and family and you have now lost a loyal customer due to this

It wasn't really talking but my problem was eventually resolved. The score is only for the operator (EW2). However, One Call I feel need to improve the ability to change policy details online, it has taken me over three hours to get this done.
