“All really down to Bethany BG3. My car value is really very low so it was all about having someone on-line who could sort, sell and administer swiftly. I'd just lost my Mum, and had botched up my admin so bounced a payment, trashed my policy etc as completely distracted. Bethany was great. She was empathic, swift to get me a new policy and help me to pay the outstanding balance. So, kudos to BG3 for totally gripping me and helping to sort out things so competently and compassionately. I really was jolly impressed and my background is managing Michelin Star restaurants so I don't give out plaudits easily...unless they are truly deserved and in this case BG3 deserves recognition. Kind regards”
