“Not 5 stars the reason being the price was slightly higher than other quotes I had received but as I have been with one call for ages it was not worth the hassle of changing. It was nice to deal with someone who was helpful and pleasant and Leon who goes under the user name of LC6 was certainly that.”

“HS1. A simple and accurate process to change the insurance after changing my car. Clear and precise questions with clear and precise answers to my questions. Within 10 minutes a quote had been offered with clear info on the included benefits and I accepted the quote with no quibbles - even beat GoCompare quotes !!”

“I had almost despaired of One Call, having received nine duplicated emails within minutes, all with the same wrong information, and then a message telling me there was an error on my policy information and I needed to make a payment. It took 45 minutes of being bounced between One Call and the broker, and another very unhelpful live chat, before I got through to CO4 when I was on the verge of cancelling my policy. CO4 quickly established that the message demanding payment was One Call's error and she removed it from the file. She reviewed my policy and offered me a couple of helpful additions at a good price which I was glad to accept. CO4 was courteous and cheerful - and human. All other aspects of One Call service had been been poor, I'm afraid, including a long telephone call with an 'adviser' a few days before, who had not been able to answer any of my questions and kept having to refer to a manager. The barrage of duplicated and erroneous emails which followed was also annoying. Put CO4 in charge!”

“Unfortunately we did not receive a timely renewal quote for my car insurance so I looked elsewhere & have found another provider. I contacted One Call today & had a live chat with Melissa MX2 & she tried to retain our business with a competitive alternative quote However as I explained we have already signed with a new Insurer if only One Call had contacted me sooner as will the advice is do not wait until 2 weeks before renewal date for the best price -”

“Hi, I had contacted you to cancel my car insurance renewal as I had found much cheaper elsewhere. However on speaking with Sam (Noble) he advised that you could offer a revised policy premium which was very acceptable to me. Sam was professional, courteous and as above very helpful so many thanks Regards Paul Paul Kelly”
