“A lengthy wait to get through to someone to make some changes to my renewal quote (29th in queue, about a 40 minute wait), however when I got through je7 was really helpful, went through the alterations I needed, made a couple of suggestions to me, then offered a competitive quote. Would be a 5 star review without the lengthy initial wait.”

“What a pleasant and helpful chap CM7 was today. I initially told him I wanted to leave One Call but he sorted me a brilliant reduced price for my contents insurance. It was lovely to speak with him, he was polite and SO helpful. I would recommend One Call to all my friends simply because of the service I received from CM7. There should be a star named after him :) Thank you.”
