“My overall experience with sorting out my car insurance change of address was terribly frustrating. I was on the phone for over 2 hours with the online help, being given the wrong number and then being told my current company would not cover me and I had to cancel and start again!! Ben BBL7 is the only reason I can give a 4 as he was great and really helpful. What I thought would be easy, turned into a real pain! Thank you Ben:-)”
