“SH1 was so helpful Really helpful customer service when I called to cancel my home insurance. They made every effort to persuade me to stay, which I appreciated, but I had already arranged cover with the AA and simply didn't have the time to sort out changing everything again. SH1 was polite and professional throughout. Thank you for your help.”

“Oliver (OC3) helped me add a number of high-value musical instruments to my policy. I was connected with him immediately and he was very quickly able to advise and quote for the required changes. Additionally he was able to advise on gadget cover for my daughters while they are at university. He was polite and knowledgeable throughout and the whole process was extremely efficient. “I had the pleasure of dealing with SM2 this morning regarding a policy issue,i am of the older generation and not too savvy with computors,and im Irish to boot..SM2 made the chat very easy and helped re-adjust my policy without any trouble,,which was helpful in itself It also encouraged me to renew my policy for the coming year..many thanks”
