“Called to cancel my policy and 'spoke' to a lovely lady, LD7, who was extremely helpful, polite and didn't try to change my mind. She explained all about the charges incurred with a cancellation and any amount to be refunded. She is a credit to the company and that will ensure I keep One Call Insurance in mind for my future needs. Thanks LD7.!!”

“webchat with Isabelle (IS1) extremely efficient & polite. Would recommend one call to anyone. I have always found their customer service second to none. As with all insurers though, just a shame that no one gives a loyalty discount anymore, although, having said that they are extremely competitively priced and they are UK based!”
