“I was dreading using the chat rather than speaking to an actual person on the phone. I was connected to TJ1 who was so helpful and completed my quote and made the necessary changes to my policy. TJ1 was super efficient, and offered me the necessary required additional extras to my quote without being "pushy" and incorporating me ways to save money.”

“I hate chats . I was satisfied with getting a proper phone number. I am rubbish at tech and was really stressed. I think I managed to finally download and upload the right email from axa and managed to pay what I thought was an excessive amount just to change my address. My son received a part refund on his car insurance when we moved so I don’t get why mine increased. I would be happy for someone to research it Thank you”
