“DBC (Britney) was polite and helpful and did the job - ebven if I wasn't very happy at the job! As good as a live chat gets I suppose but would still MUCH prefer to speak on the phone. Much quicker and clearer.”

“Customer service, can’t fault. Very helpful. Refunded duplicate policy without too much bother. However, being charged £50 for refunding money when the policy hadn’t even come into effect. Poor. What happened to 14 day cool off period?”
