“JA1- Joshua Halls was really polite, calm, professional and solved my problem of not being able to upload files in the portal. He sent me an email and put everything in writing to make sure I uploaded everything. He did the rest. Thanks to JA1 I have my car insurance on time (after a few calls). He was the one that took onboard my issue and sorted the docs for me in the system (as an old customer returning to One Call, the system was not allowing me to do this). Thank you for your support.”

“After a few calls and my issues not sorted (I was an old customer returning and the system was not allowing me to upload the files, etc) Joshua Halls-JA1 on the phone explained me everything in a very calm and professional way. He sent me an email and wrote down what I needed to attach and he sorted the rest. I got a confirmation letter and now the issue is solved. I was getting really stressed due to I was just one day from being without car insurance and Joshua solved everything quickly and with reassurance. There is nothing like somebody taking onboard your issues and helping you out efficiently on time. This acknowledgement is for Joshua Hall. A big thank you.”
