The price for the insurance is competitive. However, not being able to actually pick up the phone and speak to someone unless you are in your renewal period is frustrating. Typing questions and waiting for responses takes so long. And beware, if you find you have to cancel your policy the charges are extortionate. We had to ensure our van for 6 weeks because our new one was not ready. It has cost us just under £200 for this privilege, we got 29% of our policy fee back - that's all! We couldn't just change the policy - they wanted a further £500 from us, in addition to the £267 we had already paid. When I did a new quote I got it £450 cheaper!

HG2 helped me change the car insurance, first he explained the process, as had still to visit the car dealership and test the car before finalising purchase. At the dealership I phoned HG2 and he quickly changed the insurance and set the time to 12pm, which allowed enough time to complete the paperwork. HG2 was extremely pleasant and took his time, very helpful.
