I used the web chat option with One Call today to ask for Proof of no claims bonus from a policy I ended in 2023. I spoke with MP9 and she explained that my no claims would have expired as it had been over 2 years but she provided a certificate straight away. She also dealt with my query that the claim I had made ws showing as a fault claim, but the 3 rd aprty had admitted liability before the case wehnt to court. MP9 quickly investigated this and I received and amended prrof of no claims with the correct claims information. Very impressed with her patience and quick responses

JM6 I had trouble logging into see my policy online so I called the customer service number where Jasmine took her time to explain everything &b guide me through step by step to reset my account. Was just dealing with Christopher on the online chat Agent no CM1 What an absolutely massive help. Answered all my questions, changed my policy information immediately. Took payment swiftly. the first part with the chat was difficult until I was transferred to the correct dept, got what I wanted although it could have been cheaper but the service for Melissa was great

Great online chat - but my mam is 75 and finds it hard to work on the portal. There is no direct telephone for her - so she relies on me going into the portal - its been a nightmare!
