“I was disappointed that when I cancelled my insurance, due to sale of the vehicle, having over 4 months left to run I got no refund at all! The person TS4 who helped me cancel it was polite and efficient. It was all done via text type message. Personally I would prefer to talk to someone verbally on the phone. Otherwise I had no cause to call the insurer and thus have no other commitments- good or bad.”
