Very good online chat with Agent AA4. They checked all the details and supplied a updated figure for my renewal quote due in a couple of weeks, and saved £60. They checked I was happy and understood everything, so very pleased with the service.

Although there were 11 people in the chat queue when I joined, it moved reasonably quickly. When I got connected with an agent - MG9 (Marcela G) was very patient and helpful with my query about whether I needed to add business cover to my car insurance.

One Call made an error in trying to charge me for misrepresentation but they were wrong and my NCD is correct, I had assistance from GS6 who was helpful and resolved the issue quickly, hence 5 stars
