I have been helped today by customer advisor Leanne Warren about an oversight on my part and also at time of arranging my car insurance and received a good helpful response. I am happy with service provided and cost of insurance which involved adding my Son as a named driver to this year's policy. Thanks Leanne you are a credit to One Call Insurance.

I dealt with JB6 jess was very helpful, explained everything was quick , answered all my queries and made sure I was happy with the quote and that the policy covered all of my needs and best of all she found me a policy that saved me quite a bit of money

Worked with JB6. She was very good, cut my price with the same insurer. And was fast. So if this was for JB6 she would get 5 stars. However, the review askes about one call insurance. I gave it 4 because there is no phone option on Saturday and Sunday. I prefer the phone.

Mia MB1 managed my motor renewal query in record - I was pleasantly surprised to find the online chat was still up and running on Saturday after 3pm. Minimal fuss and even managed to cut £4 off my best price renewal offer on CompareTheMarket for identical cover and benefits.
