“Kadie (KT7) provided friendly and professional help on chat today as I had received a much better benchmarked quote than my original renewal. She checked that all the cover was the same for the price I had from other supplier. Kadie was able to create a better deal with One Call which matched the other quote and enabled monthly payments at no additional cost. Very attentive, thorough and worked hard to retain me as a customer. You should be proud of this employee, it is not easy to create warmth on live chat, but she consistently made me feel that if possible she would find a solution. Very happy to stay with One Call as I have used you for car insurance for several years and just like the easy, straightforward access and communications. Your business is in safe hands with Kadie.
