OneCall Insurance Review – Excellent Service from Megan (MF7) I've been with OneCall Insurance for several years now, and my recent experience with their call handler Megan (MF7) was outstanding. She was incredibly helpful in re-evaluating my car insurance renewal and took the time to understand what I needed in terms of cover. Megan managed to recalculate my annual premium to a much more affordable rate, without compromising on the level of cover I wanted. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to find the best solution really stood out. It's this kind of customer service that keeps me coming back. Highly recommended!

Customer service rep Jade for renewal quote was very good. BUT why send me a renewal quote via email of £83 (last year £43). When I ring I get a new quote of £45. I’ve made no claims 9 + years so it’s so annoying you send a quote double what it could be & it takes a call to sort.
