“To say I am impressed is an understatement. LY4 was so professional and to the point. She understood every request and answered with the utmost confidence. I only rang, initially, to change the vehicle on my policy but after completing this transaction I was confident she could sort a new policy for my wife. We have both got policies with your Company and what’s more the rate is fixed for 3 years. LY4 is a credit to your Company. “I have just checked out a few things with FS7. I do not like this form of communication as I have dyslexia, I would rather talk. However, FS7 was very knowledgeable and was happy for me to take my time. He also answered all my questions quickly and efficiently.”
