“I spoke to Hannah (HG1) today who was wonderful at sorting my document sharing issue. I could not get the link to ‘share my licence’ to share the code with One Call and had tried several other routes to get the info. Call backs dropped chats queue went from 9 to 1 then as I started writing to the colleague it went back up to 12. Frankly I was about ready to ask for a refund when Hannah was put on to help after being sent to Customer Services at the wrong department. It took her less than five minutes to find my uploaded photos and send them for verification. She was a joy to talk to and someone you need to keep hold of.”

“Fantastic service today from Rhea RB1. I needed to help my mother who was struggling to access the One Call Portal. Rhea was very patient, thorough and supportive of both my mother's needs and helped me to get into the portal, where we found all of her documents. Rhea went the extra mile to ensure all of my mother's contact information was correct. 5 star service. Thank you Rhea. “CH5 Charlie was very helpful in taking my call and looked at a couple of choices for me as I had been given a better premium elsewhere. He was very patient and understanding of my requirements so was happy with the outcome. I got the best price available with the easiest arrangements as Charlie did the work. I have been offered a refund on part of my premium which is good and competetive to other providers.”

“A silly situation had arisen I think because of poor training of someone else but included threats to cancel my policy. This individual (TH3?) resolved it very quickly and brought me down from considering cancelling myself to contemplating adding to the policy!”
