“PS1 was thorough in trying to maintain my custom however you couldnt beat the renewal quote, but i did have an issue last year when setting policy up which meant i had to contact onecall over the phone which resulted in me having an additional admin charge , how ironic considering you are called one call. again i reiterate PS1 did a great job , companies however need to stop relying on these review to for your guides performance , perhaps you need a more personal experience like being able to speak to someone over the phone without being penalised for phone interaction. PS1 WAS BRILLIANT”

“I have just spoken to SB8 as I needed to change my email address and was really stressed as I am not that good with technology and phones. I just like to speak to a human being. But SB8 has helped me and reassured me she has changed my details so I can renew my policy when it's due. Thank you for your help for an OAP that's insecure.”

“I’m in the process of renewing my home insurance and wanted to contact One Protect to discuss the price. I always prefer to do this over the phone and speak directly to an agent but this option didn’t seem to be available. I was a little apprehensive about using the web chat service but agent ‘et1’ who handled my query was very helpful and provided clear responses to my questions. I’m pleased they were able to match the cheapest quote I had from another provider, and I’m happy to stay with them on this basis, and due to the good, quick and efficient service I received from agent ‘et1’”
