“ME8 is who I have dealt with today, really helpful helped spread some costs for me due a difficult time I'm having. Had also noticed something I didn't have on one policy but I do on the other so adviced and then added this for me, really helpful. Thanks again”

“I had been meaning to renew my car insurance for a few days and then I received a call from agent SH1 advising me about renewal. I wanted to change my payment details and SH1 talked me through what to do. A very professional service from SH1 and she made sure I was happy with everything and asked if there was anything else and I said " No everything is fine, it's coming home now"”

“After having some issues with the online chat room and portal. I rang and spoke with WG1 and he was very helpful and was able resolve my request to add a named driver on my insurance in and efficiently and positive manor and at a cost that was acceptable.”

“My bike premium went up this year. The renewal email was irritating because it didn't tell me how much the new premium was and it was tricky for me to log in to the customer portal and find the price because I was travelling. When I realised how much it was I found a much cheaper alternative and rang One Call to say I didn't want to renew, but there was a big queue and a long wait. I used Live Chat instead, there were 10 people queuing but it was fairly quick, and 'username TW9' was very helpful and worked out a much more competitive price, so I renewed with One Call.”
