“I was contacted by LE6, reminding me my insurance was due. She was extremely helpful, as I was out walking my dog at the time. She offered to ring back, but I asked if she would continue, so we battled on through wind noise, grass cutter noise, and the dogs needs. LE6 was extremely helpful, and patient, as well as being very professional in her role. She concluded by explaining that I could make payment on the company portal, but I asked if she would ring back so I knew it was finalised, so I could get on with my day. She was so kind in doing so, and it was much appreciated. I had a few questions which she went through with me, and all was well. I was very happy with the costing, and enjoyed our interaction. LE6 is a definite asset to the company, and made the whole process easier. Thanks LE6”
