“The service I received today from your operative was satisfactory (in the end) I moved address & the underwriters didn’t want to continue to insure me so the policy was cancelled. I had to chase up the cancellation only to be told I was being charged a cancellation fee. I was unhappy with this as I didn’t want the policy cancelling. At the end of the conversation the cancellation fee was written off thanks to your operative.”
