“Lydia LB3 traced my previous policy payment schedule which can’t be downloaded from the portal by the use once that policy has ended. I did get passed around the depts several times within the chat queue, but we got there in the end!”

“Just was really helpful. I couldn’t find my documents online and was worried I didn’t have home insurance. He found me really quickly and after attempting to register which wouldn’t work he agreed to send me a paper copy and sent me details of how to claim whilst waiting. Great service all round.”

“Today I am happy with One Call but last week I wasn't. I'm not sure last week they understood what I wanted to change on my policy but today it went very smoothly. Thanks to LM5 who carried out the change and making me wonder why it was so difficult last week.”
