I got in touch the other day to change my insurance to a new vehicle I was due to pick up the following day.I was given a quote of over £1500. So decided to cancel my policy. I ended up speaking to a guy (TH3) who got this down to under £300 due to being only 2 months into my current policy. Had it not been for this chap I would most definitely left and took my business else where. Well done Tom (TH3).

Lydia LB3 traced my previous policy payment schedule which can’t be downloaded from the portal by the use once that policy has ended. I did get passed around the depts several times within the chat queue, but we got there in the end!
