“I dealt with Toni - TJ1 Tonight helped me change my vehicle details because it came up with the wrong make when I put the reg number in on OneClick portal when I changed my car. She was very helpful and patient. I am not used to dealing with online chat so frustration came in on my side. But Toni was patient and asked the questions in terms I could understand. She also informed me of how I could improve my policy, which I did. So thank you Toni”

“I tried several times to explain the situation with the returned mileage tracker but found it extremely tedious to get anyone to deal with my query.
