“BC5 - What can I say, the portal service agent was beyond helpful. Britney asked questions to check over my policy and having seen deficiencies, she checked them to see if i needed to amend the policy in anyway. Once she had my details, I was provided with links to help with a broken windscreen for replacing as I had been unable to access the portal. Yet within minutes, it was worked out that it had not registered and this was rectified in a few moments. All when you thought there would be an issue, BC5 worked it all out with timely efficiency.”

“I apply for a quote knowing that my old insurance was due for renewal on the 19 Jan so I applied for a quote and was happy to accept the quote so I did and paid the deposit. Then the acceptance came through saying start date was the 11/01 so I spoke to them and explained I already had insurance up till 18/01 so I did not want it to start till 19/01 not a problem but got charged more to change the start date for a new policy I would not of ask to start my insurance on this day as I already had insurance until then So customers service get 0 out of 100 for their help it was just about more money No customers service at all”
