I am still waiting for the validation team to process my payment for my insurance. I was talking to TS4 and was unsure I was being asked questions I had already been asked in my online quote. Hopefully the validation will come through.

I spoke on the online chat to a very helpful agent JF3 who helped me to change my policy quickly and easily for my new car. I found this method of communicating a lot easier and more convenient than trying to get through on the phone. Thank you :-)

I've not long got of the phone with EK2 (ERIKA KRAUKLE). This lady must be one of the most polite and helpful person i have ever spoken to on a customer service's call (And i have spoken to a lot!). She couldn't help me enough to swap my van insurance over to a new van and help me with other questions that i had. PLEASE never let this member of staff go as she is a credit to your company. Thanks Mark L.
