Relating to my contact with your agent extremely helpful to me, I am not confortable with using this method of communication. I also received an e-mail from One Call Insurance on 2nd September which was sent via NO REPLY requesting me to go paperless with the only optionyou gave was a POSITIVE REPLY TO GOING POSITIVE this is not an option but a demand as there is no alternative other than to go paperless therefore I will not respond to a one option no reply e-mail so I deleted the e-mail without a response because it was seen as a demand without an alternative to receiving paper documentation. It is also very difficult to find your telephone # unless I am thinking of leaving or a claim and then it may be a case of joining a long queue to keep typing messages & answering numerous typed questions via one of your type messages assistants. And generally joining a queue at the end of a 24 long waiting to get to the front of the queue before you are able to tell the person why you have been waiting 15/20 mins.

Ei1 the chat assistant was very helpful. There was quite a queue which they apologised for, but they were able to sort my request out really quickly

Really impressed with price quoted, the help etc., received when purchasing insurance for first time with you, only problem I have is getting onto the portal, saying email incorrect which is crazy as you have sent me an email ! Am sure be sorted soon

I spoke with Ami today regarding my renewal. Ultimately I was really pleased that she managed to lower my premium. I also enjoy knowing that providing I remain safe, my renewals are fixed with no increase for 3 yrs. Thanks to Ami it was an easy and effortless transaction. 5⭐️

I have had the week from hell one thing after the other . I was at my whits end when I called Liam I can’t not thank enough. He from the start told me not be concerned. He would get it all resolved. I can’t thank him enough for taking an extremely upsetting situation settling me down with his professional and caring approach. Your company is lucky to have such an employee. Would give him a job tomorrow lol . All so thank to Charlie and Callum & all I have spoke to . Regards Gerry Dunn

I recently purchased a motor insurance policy from One Call and I received a call from MP6 to clarify the details of that policy and explain the upgrades I could purchase separately. He was courteous and polite and was willing to answer any questions I had. Overall very satisfied with the call. Thank you.

EW3 was very helpful in sorting out my renewal and should be commended. That said, no contact number to discuss the policy and a 'wait in line' policy via live chat. Not exactly 'One Call' is it?

Liam (username LL3) was very helpful and efficient in sorting out my home insurance renewal, fast, efficient and polite, and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I've been with One Call for my home insurance for a few years now, they seem really competitive on price and importantly seem easy to deal with (which is not always the case with insurance companies and brokers!).
