“⭐ Outstanding Service from gb1 at One Call – Absolutely Brilliant! I’ve just come off the phone with gb1 from One Call Car Insurance and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I was previously on a pay-per-mile policy, but gb1 sorted everything out for me over the phone and changed it to a monthly payment plan with no stress at all. She explained everything clearly, was patient, friendly, and extremely professional throughout. Not only that, she made sure I had everything included — breakdown cover, windscreen cover, legal cover, personal accident cover, and courtesy car cover — all set up and ready to start from midnight tonight. Completely seamless! gb1 made the whole experience easy and reassuring. It’s so nice to speak to someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to get everything right.
