“AS 3 I was having difficulty logging into portal. AS3, Anais was really helpful. I needed to change information on my policy and no longer needed some of the extra's. This was sorted efficiently and things were explained in a way I could understand. I was able to negotiate a better policy for my current needs and was pleased with price quoted.”

“Auto renewal came up with a price I wasn’t happy with. Spent about 6 mins in a queue but it’s on live chat so went and did something else. The agent AS3 was brilliant and found me a very good price if decided to stay which I did. Happy with price, live chat can be a bit laborious but better than hanging on a call. All in all happy As3”
