“i just phoned one call and LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 'TEAM TIKI' handled my car insurance renewal.She was very polite and very helpful in getting me a better price than other quotes i have received.I have been with one call several years and they always find me the best quote”

“Great call handler DB7 but the wait times on the phone and on the chat facility are far too long! Also I tried to log in and do self service last night but you don't have the option to decline auto renewal which I assume is deliberate, but its slightly annoying when your phone automated messages suggests you do self service online!!”

“I selected a callback rather than waiting in Queue. Agent called back and was very informative and polite. I had read all the options for my insurance renewal beforehand, but was looking for a better deal and payment method. The agent CL4 managed to reduce my policy slightly and I was happy with the outcome.”
