“The young person I have Just been dealing with JE7 (Jordan E) has the patience of a saint. We began our conversation about my renewal policy which lasted almost an hour (i had so many questions and didnt really understand the jargon) but throughout the chat he remained very patient and polite and made sure I understood everything before moving on to my next question. He took the time to find out what I wanted from my insurance policy and advised me on the different ones that would suit me (not the most expensive ones either) which I really appreciated. Thank you One Call you have trained your staff well. Thank you JE7 your a star”
