“I selected a callback rather than waiting in Queue. Agent called back and was very informative and polite. I had read all the options for my insurance renewal beforehand, but was looking for a better deal and payment method. The agent CL4 managed to reduce my policy slightly and I was happy with the outcome.”

“Kadie handled this interaction very well. She was friendly, professional and reassuring throughout, and she clearly confirmed the renewal price of £278.64, including the broker fee and discount, before taking payment. She also appropriately checked that I was happy with the renewal terms and that there had been no changes to their circumstances, demonstrating good attention to compliance and customer needs. A particular strength was the way she responded to my question about the cooling-off period. She gave a clear and direct answer rather than avoiding the question, allowing me to make an informed decision about future renewals. The tone throughout was warm and personable, with some light humour at the end that helped create a positive customer experience. I was extremely comfortable with the interaction and even agreed to leave a review. Overall: a strong interaction demonstrating good communication, clear explanations, appropriate checks and a positive customer-focused approach. Well done, Kadie!”
