“REFERENCE TJ1. I had difficulty using the portal as there was a glitch in the system. After much frustration I found your 'chat operative TJ1' very helpful and patient. Unfortunately I miss read her name for which I apologise. I would add that I am 72 and do not find these things easy.”

“I spoke with LB3 at Onecall regarding my renewal as I had obtained a quote which was for a lower price with another company. Lydia had another look for me and offered updates for the breakdown and insurance for virtually the same amount I’d been quoted with the other company. So I’m happy to stay with them for maybe another few years as there was a special 3 year deal. Thank you LB3 for your help”
