“EK2 was really helpfull today and helped me with an issue i have been to trying to change in the customer portal. She showed great patience in understanding what i was trying to change. Then suggested would do it for me no problem.”

“RW2 was really helpful , i had a renewal notice it was too expensive , thought new quote was still more after contacting one call i chatted on line and asked to cancel as id had a cheaper quote elsewhere , however when i went to new insurers website from money supermarket it had gone up ! Went back to online chat with onecall and got same quote as before and same agent who was very helpful and still saved some money”

“The service I recieved off ME8 was great he managed to sort out my NCD today I was really stressed that my policy was going to be cancelled but ME8 assured me he could sort it for me and he did I was really pleased for what he had done thank you again”
