“I used live chat and spoke to agent BC5. I had to change the vehicle on my Gold breakdown cover policy as I'd bought a new car. The agent provided an excellent service. She responded promptly, and confirmed what course of action I wanted to take by providing detailed information. I was connected straightaway and the procedure was completed extremely efficiently. Would highly recommend One Call.”
