“I needed to make change to my policy and couldn't do this online. Jake (ji9) was very helpful and professional in dealing with the issue. I have a slight hearing problem and he adapted to this well making sure I heard and understood what he was saying. He kept me informed and was able to deal with the issue quickly. The revised premium for the change of vehicle was very competitive and the customer service was excellent. I would recommend One Call without hesitation.”
