“Needed to make some changes to my policy and Bridie - BC1 was very helpful. Process took quite a while but I imagine that this is because the online agents are expected to juggle several chats at the same time. I could have saved a couple of quid a month with a new policy (while waiting for replies you have time to get a brand new quote on Confused.com!) but because of Bridie's professionalism, I decided to stay. One Call, give this agent a wage rise!”

“My call was taken by Patrycja, and she was extremely helpful in reviewing my renewal quote and updating my renewal and making additional changes. I was not able to update anything on my portal as there was a glitch that did not give me the option. Patrycja was very understanding, friendly, patient and knowledgeable with the portal and spent considerable time trying to resolve my problem. All got sorted in a professional way thanks to Patrycja.”
