“i seem to be directed to the customer portal every time despite already being logged in and i do find myself (not through my fault) in the wrong department and needing to be transferred a lot, all i do is follow on screen instructions and there doesn't seem to be a phone number i can call. however handlers are friendly”

“FS7 was really helpful on the portal chat. I logged on as I had been getting texts saying I had an outstanding balance and was concerned I was being spammed. The portal didn't show anything outstanding so I used the chat. FS7 confirmed I had a balance owing and helped me get it paid within minutes. Very helpful and very polite. Thank you FS7!”
