“I called regarding a renewal which I nearly overlooked due to the festive period. I connected to Charlie E (CE4) who exceeded my expectations and went over and above the call of duty to better the offer I got from another company via Compare The Market with a slightly better policy into the bargain. This is my third year of staying with One Call Insurance, which must be a record for me as I shop around for best deals every renewal. 5 stars for One Call Insurance and definitely 5 stars to Charlie E... Best wishes everyone for 2026.”
