“Just needed to know if I had to inform insurer about going to Europe. Couldn't find a way to do it on Portal, so checked via Live Chat, with Hannah (HM1). All sorted in seconds. Basically you don't need to inform them, but I wanted to be sure, for obvious reasons. Hannah Great. Lack of note on website, not helpful. This should go in the basic policy summary”
