“Miya was helpful. My husband passed away and I needed to cancel his insurance. She assures me I will receive a refund and then this will reach me within 7 to 10 days. There was little fuss and insulting this out. I just needed to have all the paperwork to hand, if it all goes through, it will have definitely been a five star service thank you.”

“On live chat with Conner this morning. I have to say I was delighted with how he dealt with my query and gave me reassurance that the document would be changed. He explained what had happened and why the original reg was still insured and not my private plate. All sorted and changed within 5 minutes on chat. Great service”
