“"I had a fantastic experience chatting with Louis (LM9) today. I needed very specific details regarding a previous claim for a new insurance application, and Louis was incredibly efficient. He confirmed the claim details, the settled amount, and the status of the file within minutes. He was polite, professional, and went the extra mile to ensure a formal Claims Experience Letter was sent to me for my records. He even provided a reference number for follow-up. Excellent service and a very helpful attitude from Louis "LM9"”
