SK3 was extremely helpful in assisting with my change of vehicle and negotiating a new price. Would have been 5 stars but for the fact I had to get in touch for a better price instead of it being the best price offered on initial change. Was only reduced after a request to cancel the policy!

Kirstin KB2 was an extremely helpful and kind on line agent. She was sympathetic of my situation and very kind, whilst giving me the unfortunate facts, not in my favour. But any deliverer of news, good or bad needs certain skills and although I was not happy with the answer I remained very impressed with her response delivery

I HAD TO CANCEL MY CAR POLICY DUE TO THE SALE OF MY CAR SPOKE WITH JACK (JT3) HE WAS VERY QUICK AND RESPONSIVE TO ALL MY QUESTIONS AND GOT EVERTHING SORTED WITH NO FUSS OR HASSLE WELL DONE JACK OTHER INSURERS TAKE NOTE !

My original policy was due to auto renew but due to some over zealous bank security (which most of the time I'm grateful for) the bank declined the auto payment. JF2 was able to re quote me very easily and actually reduced the premium lower that my renewal quote.
