“I’ve been driving for over 25 years, and for most of that time, I had to switch insurance providers annually because my premiums would increase by 20–30% without any changes in my circumstances. That all changed when I found One Call. Their price increases have been minimal, usually in line with or below inflation, which is the main reason I’ve stayed with them. On top of that, their online portal is simple, intuitive, and easy to navigate. The icing on the cake is their customer service. Recently, I interacted with IS1 via the online chat and MK4 for a courtesy call check. Both were extremely helpful, explained everything clearly, and used no hard-sell tactics. I’m not usually a fan of insurance companies, but One Call has truly impressed me. Highly recommended!”
