I would prefer to be able to speak with a real person and I had to wait quite a while for the agent but she was very good and answered everything I needed to ask . The 5 stars is for her customer service , not the actual service . Her agent ID is SM2

I am already a customer. Today I contacted One Call via your customer service centre. As I have sold my car I needed to inform you of this and complete insurance for my new car. Patrycja pe2 was very helpful and soon explained the process. It was a great experience sorted out quickly and efficiently. One slight downside, I had previously tried several times to access the website via the customer portal and was unable to do so. I think many older customers would also find it difficult. Friendly customer service from a real person beats online chat with Ai anyday

I recieved a letter/charge for incorrect NCD declared when opening my policy. I spoke with CM1 who assisted with me uploading the evidence as required and he cancelled the charge put on my account there and then once he saw that it was indeed correct. This was done professionally and speedily which was greatly appreciated

Excellent customer service, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. gave me a cheaper quote than elsewhere (not the cheapest) but by far the best quality and additional services. Very pleased -with service and policy. Agent username was AM3.
