“Just been helped by JA3. My wait time was around 10 minutes, which is a lot better than some other companys. Once connected though, the change I required was expertly carried out within 5 minutes. Very happy customer.”

“This morning I spoke to TJ2 with regards to my motorcycle insurance policy, which needed amending, TJ2 went through my policy and contacted the insurers to make sure everything was correct, amendments noted, and TJ2 kept me informed all the way.”

“TJ1 is super star for the day, she’s helped me to get right insurance, I’ve taken almost 3 hrs with Toni she was very helpful and explained anything that I didn’t understand.
