I had a number of queries and TJ2 was brilliant working through them. I’d inadvertently used two different email addresses and couldn’t find my documents TJ2 sorted it instantly brilliant service. I gladly signed up for car breakdown at £3.85 a month it was a no brainer, so thank you Tara for suggesting it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend One Call!

EL 3 was excellent, dealing with my insurance renewal. I was unhappy with the original quote and she listened to my explanations of what I wanted and very quickly came back to me with a much more acceptable quote. She was polite, patient and helpful throughout.

AR2 was very helpful today with amending my motorcycle policy for a change of vehicle. I tried to do this via the customer portal but it would not recognise the new vehicle registration. So then I tried the on line agent. I found this difficult to get my message across at first and the the outcome was far to expensive. AR2 was far more helpful with my needs and gave me a reasonable price to change to the new vehicle. So I am very happy with her sercive. I was not happy with the the customer potal.

I used the text chat service today and BG3 (the code name for the operator/customer services rep) was very helpful. I was third in the line and waited approximately 5 minutes to be greeted online. I was able to provide the call handler the explanation of my issue which she was able to provide a resolution. Well done.

Had to get in touch with yourselves due to the passing of my dad so I needed to cancel his insurance, I was on chat with NK3 and she couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Very sympathetic and answered all my questions

Dealt with SS9 today, I was looking for an updated Quote for my Car Insurance. To my surprise the quote came back better than expected, with the money saved I was able to take advantage of the upgraded breakdown service offered. I also took advantage of the Platinum service which locked in the prices for 3 Years. So it was a Win Win Chat.

GM2 was polite and proficient. My questions were answered quickly and clearly and I felt I was in good hands. Very pleased and impressed with the service, even if it took a while to get through. But that was not the fault of the agent!
