“I called today as I recieved an email to say there was issues with my payments. I spoke to ji9 he was patient, and resolved the issue promptly. He was also very helpful with another query separate to my original call. When you struggle with technology having someone with the patience shown today makes it all bearable.Thankyou ji9”
