I phoned one call and was greeted by a wonderful pleasant person AR2, who was so helpful to carry out the change of vehicle which i needed done quickly with differant options of payment and with hassle free change over.

I'm very happy with my new deal. But in this & a more recent email from One Call I can't find my policy documents for the coming year. If you've sent it please tell me which email it's in, which date. But I don't think I have it so send it soon please or I'll give you a call. Richard Johnson

The service received today from SK3 was brilliant. It took a bit of time to get connected on the chat and the only reason I had to use the chat was because the change I wanted to make didn't work in the portal but once I finally got through to someone it was easy to get done what I needed.
