I had call to contact one call insurance today for the renewal of my house insurance. I was dealt with by a young man called Harry flint who I found to be very personable and very informative. Harry helped me no end sorting out what I needed to do and at the end of the conversation we had a mutually agreeable settlement for my new Home insurance and contents figure Thankyou Harry 🙂 HF1

FS7 was very helpful, I could not find where my NCD was protected from the quote - Don't be put off by being a long way down the Chat waiting list........ I was No33 but entered the Chat within just a couple of minutes. All seems to be good, have not received the policy docs yet, so lets see, but initial feedback is positive. Thank you Fraser S. ;)

I have been a customer of One Call for many years. The service has always been excellent. I recently renewed via a telephone call with employee username SN1. The entire process was delivered professionally and SN1 typifies the great service I have become accustomed to from the company.

EF3 though your downloading pictures was very lengthy and need to have a separate section for downloading documents.

No help what so ever I told the lady who I spoke to I have another policy with no claims bonus on it to use this for a new policy I have just taken out and also on the policy I have just cancelled and could she use these two policies to confirm the no claims bonus but all she did was to send yet again another email to download and send the proof but I do not know how to do this I thought given my phone call she could have done this on her computer but no let’s complicate it and send an email
