“Jake K was extremely helpful with my enquiry. He listened carefully to my queries and answered them politely and in a way I could understand perfectly. He was very patient with me and repeated his answers if I needed it. My enquiry was completed and I then went on to renew my policy. Thank you Jake.”

“SP6 slow to respond. Took 25 minutes to change my address and seemed more interested in selling me extra cover that I don’t need than anything else. For a “Platinum “ Service, leaves a lot to be desired.”

“AS3 was a breath of fresh air - she was easy to follow and pointed out exactly what was important on the chat to help me make an informed choice. I was going to leave and she did a perfect job of keeping me. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for this excellent example of saving a sale.
