“Suprisingly Satisfied with One Call today, the service its self provided by CG1, lovely gentleman, very helpful and supportive. I called to cancel my renewal after I changed my vehicle half way through my first year of insurance cover with them it shot up to 3x the amount. I informed the lovely gentleman (CG1) that even though I had been impressed with the speed and simpicity of the breakdown call out service provided and which I had to use once during my years cover, I was not renewing as I felt taken advantage of how my monthly DD shot up with a simple change of vehicle. CG1 was able to reduce my new monthly payments considerably and took the time to ensure and update all records, really pleased and again professional and polite, knowledgeable and so friendly! Thank you CG1”

“One call insurance, did not make me happy today. Trying to arrange something very simple has taken hours. The only part of the process that worked, after a long wait and my second attempt, ie less than 20th in the queue, was talking to the on line chat, JP3, who was efficient.”
