After spending nearly two hours attempting to navigate the process to reinstate my coverage, I was fortunate enough to be connected with a representative under the username LN1. LN1 was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding of my situation. While previous attempts with other agents had proven lengthy and inconclusive, he provided a rapid response and identified the solution immediately. “Had to wait just a short time for an agent and it was all very quick once connected. I was speaking with KT7 her name was Kadie.She was quick and quickly came back to me with a new quote, she explained everything and gave me a choice of payments. She sorted the payment out really quickly and it was all done. No problems and very easy”
