“I needed to change my vehicle, the OneCall site didn’t recognise my new vehicle, so I started a chat with TJ2. The call assistant TJ2, could not have been more clear, helpful and resourceful. Despite a glitch TJ2 took me through the process, with total satisfaction from me. Excellent work 👍👍”

“Spoke with a lovely young lady she called to let me know the files I sent did not confirm my no claims bonus she explained she would send a link with her email to allow me to attach I’m terrible with technology but she helped talk me through it as was the young man I called back later I managed to send the cover to prove no claims so thanks Emily Cornal I think was the name and also the young man”

“rk3 reviewed the policy as the renewal was higher than expected and I had found another quote. rk3 was able to find a new quote which was better than the one I had found and was able to keep the price down and keep it on the same payment terms as I had before and as a continuation rolling on when my previous policy ends.”
