“(SK3) I was really happy with the service I received from One Call Insurance. Everything was handled through the chat option, which made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. The person I spoke to was excellent; clear, friendly, and really helpful throughout. They explained everything well and made sure I was happy before finishing the chat. It was a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use One Call Insurance again. Great customer service!”

“I telephoned to cancel a home insurance policy which was a duplication. The member of staff SL4 was very helpful. She sorted the payment due and arranged for the direct debit to be cancelled. My renewal is due in April and I will look to One Call for cover. Thank you again.”
