“"ci9" was really helpful in trying to track down a payment that was taken from my credit card that didn't appear to match any policy premiums I was expecting. She was thorough but also very sensitive when it became clear that it related to contents insurance for my Mum's house. My Mum has Alzheimer's dementia and, as her power of attorney, I experience wildly different levels of customer care. "ci9' dealt with everything quickly with minimal stress. Thank you again.”
