“We insure all 4 of our cars with Onecall Insurance & could not find the policy documents for 1 of the vehicles on their portal. Spoke with a lady called Ashar (her ref AK7) who was really helpful and explained that because the car we could not find the document for was registered in my partners name & not mine then we had to log in as her to see that particular vehicles documents which she talked me through how to do & also how to get a vechiles to show up using just one set of log in details. Thank you Ashar for your help today.”
