“Online chat will JE3 regarding issues I am having trying to log in to customer portal. JE3 looked into various solutions as not a situation that should be happening. This has to be raised higher with IT and JE3 explained this process and helpful was able to send my motor insurance certificate out for my work expenses to be claimed.”

“Excellent customer service from the advisor EL3. The call was answered very quickly and she understood all my questions and answered all of them. She was also able to give me a more competitive price which I agreed to and she also arranged to take the payment. I haven’t used OneCall to make any actual claims but I was left feeling confident that they would do their best for me if I ever need to make a claim. I would recommend OneCall to anyone needing insurance”
