“I had a query this morning after paying for my renewal for Contents Insurance with One Call as I was charged and payed £10 more than the price shown on my new Contents Insurance Schedule. I contacted One Call by the live chat and spoke with Sasha. She explained that the difference in price was for a broker fee. That was not explained in the renewal invitation. I had various quotes on comparison websites that were £10 cheaper with equal or better cover. I have just accepted staying with One Call this year but have learned a lesson for the next renewal date.”

“I can’t thank Lauryn (LG3) enough for her time and patience with me whilst trying to sort my change of car registration to my private number plate, not being technically minded she explained everything to me in layman’s terms which was really appreciated.
