EW9 was very helpful with my query and dealt with it in an efficient manner. However I have to say I do not like One Call Insurance system ofbeing unable to speak on phone to an agent. As an 84 year old I prefer personal contact.

I have just renewed my vehicle and used the chat portal to chat to One Call to update my policy. The reference for the operator I dealt with was KS8 and I've got to say that although this was all done by chat it felt like like it had a personal touch and the operator was very informative with my options and the whole thing only took about 10 minutes. I've been with this company a couple of years now and can't recommend them enough.
