“I have been with this company for many years. I am changing vehicle and worked with Karly S on the customer portal. She kept things simple and was efficent and quick. Everything was carefully explained. All in all an excellent experience.”

“Quick and easy chat with agent CN4 to cancel my policy. I'd give four stars for the overall experience of cancelling my policy and the unexpected cancellation fee I had to pay at the end, but the part CN4 played was good and they definitely deserve to win the 5 start review competition! :-D”
