“LN1 Lawrence was extremely helpful in attending to my enquiry, he listened attentively, did not interrupt, explained clearly in answer to my questions and attended to my request promptly. Lawrence was professional, patient and polite and I left the call knowing that my change of details was attended to accurately. I did not use the portal because it is important for me to deal with a real person who can help me where with ai it cannot deal with the nuances of the human interaction, I always want a real person to be available at the end of the phone & will resist where possible the keep it that way”
