“I had a great service in renewing my car insurance this morning. My customer service advisor Leanne Warren was exceptional and provided me with a gold class professional experience. I did take up the renewal which they helped me with and talked me through. They got a great price for me and I am very satisfied. I would definitely be using One Call again and highly recommend customer service advisor LE6 Leanne Warren who was Brilliant!”

“A courtesy phone call from J17 Joey a coupler of weeks after policy commencement was welcomed as there were a couple of detailed questions that I was not going to bother with but One Call Joey could immediately provide an answer without me having to trawl through the t's & c's which was good. He was clear & concise & human.”
