Satisfactory so far but it is early in the process. I have only just purchased the insurance and made the initial payment so we will see in due course if any issues arise. Price is very competitive and I like the fact that if I drive less than expected this will be reflected in the ongoing monthly charge. No reason not to be optimistic. Thank you

Caller EW2 was very helpful, l was worried because my no claims had only been posted to me yesterday, the person l spoke to yesterday was good but stated my cover would cease if not received by 29 01 26 so you can understand with state of post was concerned. EW2 said no problem they could extend date EW2 could not possibly understand how relieved that made me because l gad sleepless night before and feel l can breath again. Cannot say enough about how helpful and friendly EW2 was and put my mind at ease. Sorry about going on but people like EW2 are very rare today
