“Got to say I don't wildly rate One Call's website and on the phone they're flat out terrible - I mean they just don't answer - but ironic for a company called One Call. But just had a very good chat with an agent called EF1 so live chat is the way I guess.”

“Re contents insurance. Customer service was okay. Price was good. Not the cheapest, but I have other insurance with them and I prefer to stick to who I know. I don't like their portal. I would rather a simple email and talking to a human.”

“I thought my insurance was sorted only to receive an email saying they couldn't process it due to an outstanding balance. So i phoned up and and spoke to LN1 who eventually managed to get it sorted out saying 1 call had made a mistake as there was no outstanding balance. Hopefully everything is finally sorted”

“Agent : DB4 aka Ben was an absolute star. He has managed to keep my custom with one call insurance for my car. The price I was offered is very reasonable and from past experience with this company it still includes a number of add ons for free. I’m a happy shopper, fingers crossed that England win tomorrow’s match and that’ll be the cherry on my cake this weekend. Many thanks Ben 🍒🇬🇧⚽️😎”
