“KT7 chatted to me and guided me thru the changes I wanted to make. She was soooo patient with me, at 88 years I am fairly confident with my iPhone and iPad skills however when I got ‘stuck’ she phoned me to help me thru the rest. She reassured me ,as money is tight, but I know that insurance is important. Please thank her for me . You are a great company.”

“Called to day to see if you could match the price from a comparison site. Spoke to Leanne - LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 - who was actually able to beat the best price I had received. She was friendly, professional and efficient throughout the call and I was more than happy to renew my policy for a further year at the new price. Really nice to speak to someone who understood exactly what was required. Excellent customer service all round.”
