A great price from One Call Car Insurance and a great service from Leanne Warren-LE6 today with my renewal. Leanne was able to find a better price and extras to my car policy, overall a pleasure to talk to, five star service.

I foolishly left it to a Sunday to confirm I wanted to go ahead with a quote on changing my car so I could not speak to the agent on the phone. It had to be done today as I go on holiday tomorrow and I will not have phone or wifi for a few days. I used the online chat and SK3 helped me to get things finalised without any hassle. KB2 was very professional and helpful. She put my mind at rest knowing how to change my policy address. She also gave me advice on my current breakdown cover which I took heed of and has given me peace of mind now with my extra cover just in case I breakdown. The extra cost that I will have to pay is only £3.50 a month. Very good customer service.

Hi there made me understand the policy and I fell completely comfortable to decide what was best for my car insurance. The lady felt me at ease . After trying for attempts 6 times chats the problem is solved. Thanks again as if u have older clients it’s difficult with chat only… nice to talk to someone and understand it

Trying to get to speak to a real person in the correct online space is one of the most frustrating experiences in all my years of buying insurance. The online chat for claims told me I was in the wrong portal to discuss a claim and referred me to a call centre number where pressing the option (2) to discuss an ongoing claim brought the call to an end. The claims portal status update is simply that the claim is 'ongoing'. The assertion in the liveschat that I'd been phoned and a voicemail left proved to be false. Utterly ridiculous.
