“EW2 was my handler and she was great. However OneCall itself is a dreadful company to deal with as its nigh on impossible to call anyone directly. Theor quote for insuring my new car was 5 times higher than anyone else so understandably I left! Although I would have left anyway because of the communication challenges in speaking to anyone there.”

“TM7 was my contact today who convinced me to stay with my insurance provider, he gave me a very competitive price and ensured that my mileage was accurate for my policy, that I was insured for driving other cars third-party and gave me great service. “CB5 (thats the operators number) got me on the call chat and managed to give me a renewal price which was below what I'd got on two different comparison websites. Definitely a result in my case although should note it was the optimum time to sort the renewal which according to a certain money saving expert is around 24 days before renewal. Therefore I'm happy to stay with onecall and write them a good review.”
