“EP1 was very helpful and sorted out my insurance renewal price.. Annoying that the renewal cost is so much more than online comparison sites and that i have to even make a call which turns into online chat which i.personally find very frustrating .. Maybe an age thing ...Anyway thank you EP1”

“Quick response via online chat, transferred to renewal where JP3 was the agent. After advising my query, he was quick to respond on how to proceed. Cancellation of policy was required and this has been arranged, not yet received. JP3 was helpful and knowledgeable throughout, polite, better than a ChatBot!”

“I spoke to agent JP3 on the One Protect website Chat Line to discuss the renewal premium value. I was concerned it was higher than I'd like given other comparison website premiums I was considering. JP3 was very helpful and responsive and was able to consider our history and offer a reduction. This was most helpful and acceptable. Very happy to renew on this basis. At all times JP3 was very professional. Due to a computer glitch on my side, having completed the discussion with JP3 I needed to go back to One Protect on the Chat Line to request the Customer Satisfaction link. This time I was in communication with agent EP3 and he was very helpful as well.”
