Very helpful live chat operator- Sarah M ( SM2) on the chat line... dealt with my lack of EV knowledge very patiently.. have to say the system is not not time saving... you are dealing with an actual person, it would be much more efficient to deal with on the phone- save half the time.... and the process to get through to the operator is long winded..

needed a copy of my no claims insurance that i had a policy for a couple of years ago. spoke to someone on live chat and they sent it to me within a couple of minutes. that the kind of service you need. thanks

Asha - AK7 - was very good; she found my details, listened to what I had to say, and as far as I know, noted them on file perfectly. It makes a wonderful change to be able to speak with such a bright young lady in these days of AI (long story!); you need to keep your best employees (and she's one of them!!)

Is1 All good. However the the que system was quite lengthy. I would have preferred to speak one to one as the chat renewal is quite lengthy.

Stellar service from Isabelle. Fast and effective, albeit unable to help lower the premium significantly (from the 50% increase on last years!) to encourage me to stay with OneCall. Policy cancellation and refund information delivered at point of contact, so all good. Shame I had to go elsewhere. 👍
