“I would just like to say a big big thank you to RB1 for all her help in managing to get my car insurance sorted, as over the the past week or more I have been stressed with it all, but RB1 came to my rescue with her understanding, professionalism and of course sorting the problem out. I am just a normal pensioner with little IT skills looking for car insurance and I truly believe even though it’s RB1s job, I feel she went above and beyond her role to make a customer so relieved and happy. So once again RB1, thank you from the bottom of my heart…Alan”
