“FP2 (Faye) very helpful via the portal chat. This person clarified the queries I had quickly and efficiently. No problem with this persons service at all. However, I do feel changeover fee was excessive minus the admin fees and will be monitoring my renewal fee next year carefully to make sure it comes in on par with the quotes I received via a comparison website.”
