CD3 managed to explain what cover I already had and so the email sent to me was a nonsense in respect of what policy cover I already had but he did help me gain some extra policy refinements that I did not have at a reasonable annual rate.

Just wanted to shout out to Lewis (EW9) at One Call for assisting me with some questions on my newly taken out policy. He was able to answer my questions really quickly and the chat facility on the website really helped out with this as I could do it at a time that was convenient to me. Only lost a star because of the attempts at upselling - but I get that and a simple no to these questions didn’t lead to any pressure, which I appreciate. Thanks.

Do not deal with this company unless you want to pestered. I have had 10 texts phone calls in the last 2 months. They take no notice if you say no and phone the next day. Avoid
