“I just renewed my motorcycle insurance with One Call Insurance. Excellent customer support from Robyn who was able to price match a slightly lower price I had found online. Also really pleased to see One Call offer the option to call you back rather than you having to wait on the phone, keeping your pace on the queue. The call back was within a few minutes. I wish all call centres were like this! Great customer service from Robyn - with username RE1 - who was very helpful and lovely to talk to. Thanks again, Robyn!”
