“Initially I was 20th in the queue however it only took a couple of minutes for me to be connected to RB1 who was really helpful and polite and was able to answer my question very quickly and without any ambiguity. This has given me reassurance and overall I was very pleased with the interactionI had with RB1: it was polite, professional and prompt - everything a customer needs when they have a query.
