“I just experienced my first online portal chat with Karly (KS8). Very helpful with my enquiry and spotted a couple of missing options that I hadn't previously selected that I did require now that I'm out of my company vehicle. Karly is a credit to One Call and fully deserves the praise given. In these days of AI agents, it does make you wonder if I was chatting with a 'Bot' although I'm pretty sure I wasn't :)”
