“Called to query my renewal quote as the price had increased way above similar on-line providers. Spoke to WG1 who managed the call in a very calm and efficient way. He also managed to match the best quote so happy days. I just get tired of having to go through the annual tap dance of threatening to leave just to get a competitive quote. Why not reward loyalty?”

“BB7- Ben was very helpful when wanting to change my car insurance to van insurance. He was polite and friendly and took the time to answer any questions we had. As I was unsure at the time if my van would be ready for collection the following day due to an MOT, Ben said he would be happy to speak with us the following day to complete the insurance purchase. We called the following day and Ben ensured he was available to speak with me again Thanks for your help Ben!”

“I wanted to cancel my auto renew as I no longer wished to continue having cover with one call at this time, I spoke to EG5 and he was very helpful, polite and understanding!! He offered to see if he could better the renewal companies quote and did everything he could to try to help me stay BUT with out trying the Hard sell that some companies use!! I left saying I would call back in January for a quote for my car insurance and I will as I always try companies I have had insurance with before as some times at a later date they may be able to offer a better quote!! Thanks again EG5, pleasure talking to you and you were very helpful as well”

“I had online chat with Lewis ( EW9) about a query about my car insurance. My questions were answered adequately clearly and I was provided with documents to confirm the information.
