SF7 was a great help today in adding an additional driver to my policy. We had tried to do it on the portal but it hadn’t worked. It look a bit of time to read through the extra additions on offer but we worked it out and were very happy to get a refund for adding an extra driver.

I just had an online chat with NK3 regarding the way in which I receive my policy documentation. For personal reasons, which I don't need to justify, I have requested to receive it via the post. For reasons I don't understand, this year I didn't receive them this way. After having to once again express my preference in relation to having them sent to me rather than accessing them online, I have been advised that my request has been noted. I look forward to receiving them as per my request next year. I was then offered other policy upgrades which weren't part of my enquiry today which I politely declined. I just wish assistants would focus on the matter in hand.

Spoke to HM1 about not receiving my mileage tracker and she promptly said she’ll get another one in the mail, obviously with Christmas nearly upon us I’m not expecting it till after the event
