“Spoke to 3 different admin over 3 days. The first two promised call backs which never happened (as the insurance quotes team were allegedly 'unavailable' for both days). The third day of trying I was paired with SS9 who was able to finally answer my question (quote to change my monthly car insurance to my new car). Was finally helped but this did require me spending a total of 2 hours over 3 days chasing up my query.”
