“LD7 Lauren was helpful as far as she could be. The system wasn’t able to do any changes and I needed to go away and get a further piece of info to complete my initial enquiry. I have to revert with again this evening or tomorrow”

“they put my direct debit under plc policy experts which I did not recognise so i cancel it they should ov put it under one click am not happy at all and u can't talk to them by phone only by there nice agents”

“I am writing this review with reference to my conversation with Elizabeth E2 today. I found her polite and very helpful. All of my questions were answered in full and to my satisfaction. She was also able to obtain me paperwork to prove that my refund had been carried out. This will be useful when contacting my card company. I would have no problem in speaking with her again.
