I recently had the pleasure to have agent HG1 to deal with my insurance issues. This was rectified swiftly by the agent who provided me with the information I requested to be amended. Fantastic customer service.

My bike premium went up this year. The renewal email was irritating because it didn't tell me how much the new premium was and it was tricky for me to log in to the customer portal and find the price because I was travelling. When I realised how much it was I found a much cheaper alternative and rang One Call to say I didn't want to renew, but there was a big queue and a long wait. I used Live Chat instead, there were 10 people queuing but it was fairly quick, and 'username TW9' was very helpful and worked out a much more competitive price, so I renewed with One Call.
