I called earlier and the person that I spoke to was most unhelpful and told me to call the claims line which was not required as I already had a claim and I wanted to make sure it was noted in my renewal. After calling the claims line and my insurer about my claim. I called onecall back and spoke to Callum CM7, he was very professional and helpful. Once he understood what I was trying to do he updated the details on the renewal, he talked me through the new quote and as it was a referall phoned me back. He then called within about 10 minutes and wemt through a new quote and also reviewed the build costs as they were too low on current policy. He was very professional and helpful, and left me happy that the renewal meets our needs.

I had an issue today in trying to prove my no claims discount. Tia was very helpful and suggested that I rang my previous insurance company and gave them permission to speak to you to confirm my no claims which I did and its all sorted now - Thankyou ti2

Emily, EE3, helped me by correcting an error on my new car insurance contract. She was very professional and helpful. She also explained how I could protect my policy against paying a high excess charge by taking an add on package, which I purchased.

I spoke with Tom (TH3) in customer services today, he firstly answered my question clearly and then made a suggestion about my account which I readily took up. I found Tom to be friendly, helpful and professional.
