“i recently used the online char service to cancel my car insurance. The representative CN4 was very professional and handled my request efficiently. They asked me straight forward questions which mad everything straightforward. The response time was quick with no unnecessary delays. the interaction was a lot smoother than calling by phone. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and would recommend using Onecall insurance. i intend to use them again when I purchase my next motor vehicle.”
