“So easy using the online chat to amend my policy. The agent gf7 I was talking with was patient and made everything clear that I could understand and gave me all the necessary tools and links to help find out the answers needed to change the policy”

“The cancellation process for car insurance was easy and the person I had a live chat with (BB7) was efficient and tried to help with a new policy before I had to cancel but not being pushy with it. Not BB7s fault but I was supprise at how little the refund was but that is probably standard but I've never had to cancel a policy mid way through”

“I was pleased with the assistance I received from KT7 this morning I had trouble sorting out my payment yesterday so I contacted the live chat and Kadie assisted me. “I had to call one call on a Saturday morning after a night shift to change my insurance and stupidly of me made a mistake. The call handler BG3 was so very helpful in helping me rectify the problem. Honestly can’t thank her enough. Highly recommen”
