“AR2 was a very helpful and skilled attendant, she knew what to do despite the website problems and issues, she worked out how to change the vehicle that I was insuring whereas the website platform would not do it. We got the new car insured quickly and efficiently and I felt reassured by her manner after feeling frustrated because there is often a long wait until getting through to a real human , and I felt that I had been sent round the houses.”
