“I have mixed reviews. I spoke to 2 different people and the first one advised someone would call and they didn’t and the 2nd person (MP9) was very helpful in helping me arrange a cancellation as they cannot support my change in vehicle as it’s imported. If I’d just had the experience with MP9 it would be 5 stars but the first operative has bought this down.”

“HM1 extremely helpful from start to finish. HM1 also pointed out i had the basic breakdown cover and after explaining more to me i realised the higher cover was required - and cost was very competitive. HM1 also provided me with breakdown cover for the EU should i require this for future use. Really really helpful!”
