“I needed to change the reg on our car taking off a private plate. I used the chat service and spoke with Tyler (chat handle TW9). He made the change quickly, checking that I had made the change with DVLA first. He was very polite, and kept me informed of what he was doing in the background. There was no charge for the change (although I think that's because it was done in the first 14 days of my renewal). I've used OneCall for years for various insurances (cars and home) and really cannot fault them. They are always good value whether for a first policy or renewal (one of the only companies I find my renewal actually reducing in price!). The portal is easy to navigate, and the chat was answered within minutes.”

“I contacted one all via live chat and chatted with TS4 about a payment I wasn’t able to make. TS4 was very understanding and advised me that as a gesture of goodwill that she could extend the period the payment was due to when I was able to pay which was such a relief. Well done to a company that provides this type of training to their staff”

“I contacted One Call today to obtain a Green Card, which can be a tricky process. I spoke with Lauren (LD7), who immediately understood the requirement, the countries involved, and the process required with the underwriter. My request was completed within minutes and the Green Card was issued accurately. I would happily use One Call again. Thank you to Lauren (LD7) and the wider One Call team for making contact simple (chat and phone) and having knowledgeable people .”
