“BG3 was an absolute diamond in sorting out the changes I needed to be made today to my policy as I'm collecting my new car tomorrow morning and without her helping me today that would not have been possible and it would have meant me having to get the bus to work for a further week! “Josh was very helpful and kind as I was helping my elderly mother amend her insurance policy and she is hard of hearing. As we had already tried to complete this on the portal and there was no way of manually adding the car he waved the portal fee. He is definitely in the right job what a star!!”
