I spoke to a very helpful lady in customer services today called Erika, username EK2. She organised the cancellation of my old car insurance policy and found me a new policy for a different car. She was very informative and polite. It was a very prompt and efficient service.

I didn't have to wait long to be connected to an agent. EK2 spoke clearly. Answered questions effectively. Explained the changes that were required in simple terms so that I understood. Told me that I would find the revised documents in my Portal within the next 24 hours. She closed the call very politely. EK2 was approachable and I felt I had been looked after.
