I tried today to change my policy on the portal it kicked me out .I then went on chat for moter insurance and then was told I had been put in the wrong chat the Hannah transferred me to Oliver " O C 3 " who helped me out very professionally the only thing is I wish I could type as quick and the process wouldn't have taken so long it was much easier when you actually got to speak to a person.
