“PE2 - incredibly rapid phone answer to speak to a person, less than a minute! Then such a kind and helpful lady. New insurance quote obtained and insurance in place for new car, in lieu of current car in 5 minutes at a very acceptable price. If customers had this sort of service with all service companies, it would result in a huge stress reduction for everyone! Well done!”
