“JP3 was most helpful on your chat line and offered a much better renewal price than that on the renewal invitation. However it totally amazes me why as an organisation you do not offer the best renewal price in the first place. It would be much better for you in gaining customer loyalty if you did this. Also I have to say that contact with a human being by phone seems almost impossible and your web site is very difficult to navigate through. I dont know who designs your systems but they are very difficult to handle. It would be much better to offer a phone number so that customers can speak to some one, not a bot or AI. Please bring back the human face of customer care and service, it is bound to pay you in the long run. Your assistance 'Jack' was most helpful but too late in offering me much better and LOYAL terms. I guess you will not wish to print my reply in your reviews. Regards, Peter Machin.”

“EW2 could not find option to cancel auto renew in the portal . Had to knock off in live chat , wish user interface was a little simpler. Can’t find that option anywhere. Found this a bit sneaky. Live chat good though , helped and knocked off . Didn’t like the up sale questions though . But overall she was brilliant”
