“LD7-Lauren Dixon provided me with truly exceptional customer service. She was kind, patient, understanding and genuinely willing to help. Before speaking with Lauren, I had a very upsetting experience with another adviser who simply said “no” without trying to understand my situation. Lauren was completely different. She listened carefully, put herself in my shoes and went above and beyond to find a solution for me. Her kindness and professionalism made a difficult situation much easier. I am extremely grateful for everything she did and believe she deserves recognition for the excellent service she provides. Thank you so much, Lauren. God bless you.”
