My car insurance policy starts in 3 days’ time & I could see that my “Statement of Fact” was incorrect; (the purchase price was incorrectly shown as being the same as the estimate value, my wife’s (named as ‘driver 2’) test date & licence acquired date were incorrectly repeated for my entry, and the mileometer reading was wrong (it said '1')). I do not recall making the recorded entries when completing my application for insurance I could not find the options to make the changes myself in my OneProtect portal in the ‘edit your policy’ area. OneProtect’s chat agent SB8 was able to make the changes and confirm the changes made: quick, professional, polite. All very reassuring thank you.

WP1 as a virtual assistant was very helpful, making in the cancelation on my car insurance an easy and stress free process and making sure I had insurance for my new car. I would definitely use One Call again if they came up with as good a policy again in the future. Cancelation was only 4 pence, which surprised me, as in the past many insurances claw back a month's worth in cancellation. Thank you Wictor very helpful

My automatic renewal came through, substantially more than last year so I called one call with the intention of leaving, if necessary, however, JE-Jordan went through it all with me a managed to reduce it back to an affordable price.
