This is a report in respect of difficulties with the claims department particularly the call handler Aleesha KAUR. On the 26th May I reported an accident and was open and honest about the circumstances, the call lasted 35 mins and was dealt with by Brook who was very good and she reiterated that the one call claims department would contact me for further details so I could update my claim. Within less than 24hrs they had made a decision on the claim, placed that I was at fault and despite contacting them trying to give them further information Aleesha Kaur challenged my version of events, solely went off on what was solely said on the 1st report and did not listen, she challenged what I had spoken about and made me feel that I was a criminal, I was lying and that this was my fault to simply get the claim resolved. This incident was not properly investigated, I expressed concerns about the 3rd party being insured and gave them the facts to which she stated that this was nothing to do with one call. I also aired my concerns regarding the positioning of the 3rd party again this was ignored, one call claim that call handling staff are professional and knowledgeable and yet they quote Rule 202 from the highway code ignoring the facts. Do not claim and do not use one call insurance despite how good their policy prices are.

AP1 was excellent, so patient and helpful. I am very deaf as I have lost my hearing aid and cannot phone the claims line and I just wanted to know if I could claim. I am now going to go onto live chat with OneCallClaims. Very professional help. Thank you AP1.
