“COULD NOT CONTACT AN AGENT. I WAS GIVEN 2 PHONE NUMBERS TO RENEW MY HOME INSURANCE WHICH I RANG. AFTER THE INTRO SPIEL ON BOTH OCCASSIONS THEY SAID THE PHONE LINE WAS NOW CLOSED AND THEN WAS CUT OFF. THIS WAS A BIT ODD AS IT WAS MID AFTERNOON. THEY SAID TO CONTACT MY CUSTOMER PORTAL WHICH DID NOT HAVE MY HOME INSURANCE ON IT , ONLY MY CAR INSURANCE.”

“Recently contacted and spoke to SP5 via web chat enquiring about my new policy. She sorted my query really quickly and advised I should receive an email within 30 minutes. I got the email within 10 minutes so found the service really quick, great 1st impression as a new customer”
