“The customer service representative was polite, professional, and helpful throughout the renewal process. They took the time to review my policy details, confirmed my no-claims bonus and modifications, and were able to reduce my renewal premium to a better price than I was expecting. The outcome was very satisfactory, and the renewal was completed quickly once everything had been agreed. My only criticism is the live chat system. There were often long pauses between questions and responses, and the queue time to reach an adviser was quite lengthy. This may be due to the system rather than the adviser, who provided good service throughout. Overall, I was happy with the service I received and would be happy to use One Call Insurance again.”

“Renewed my insurance today with FF2, Price just below my quote from another insurance company. FF2 was very polite, was speaking a bit on the fast side for me but did slow down towards the end, as my hearing is not as good as it used to be.”
