**DJ2** was extremely helpful and supportive and was able to answer my queries and concerns fully and honestly. They clearly explained my policy and any increases and they also resolved the issue very quickly by finding me a cheaper quote and refunding the difference. Thank you so much for such excellent customer service.

Jessica (3) and Becca (RW2) were brilliant. Got what I considered to be a good deal and the whole thing set up with relative ease. My only criticism, not levelled at the aforementioned, is that there is no direct communication link from my portal. The enquiries were initiated via general on-line chat. That said, the quote was retrieved and actioned smoothly.

I've just spent over 45 mins discussing my house and contents insurance with an adviser (ET3). She was very helpful and patient as I asked a lot of questions regarding the policy and changed my mind a few times. At the end of the conversation she was able to review my renewal and gave me a new price £50 cheaper than originally quoted.
