“I live chat messaged to discuss my renewal and got put through to Mia B (MB9) From previous experience with other companies I was expecting the price to maybe drop a bit but as part of the other deal I had been offered there was a £45 cashback though TopCashback and I expected to be fobbed off with this! BUT NO!! Mia went off briefly and came back with me being able to pay £23.93 per month, thus saving me having to pay out a lump sum and also that price is fixed for 3 years! As we know insurance premiums generally only go one way ⬆️ so this was a real selling point. Also my excess has gone down on that deal so very happy with that! Thank you MB9 Mia B - a pleasure doing business with you.”

“BC5. I spoke to Britney BC5 today in order to cancel my insurance due to selling my car. She was really helpful and went through all the steps to cancellation. It was really easy and I would not hesitate to recommend One Call. Customer Service advisers like Britney BC5 are an asset to the company”
