“It was time for my Home Insurance renewal. Whilst I was quite happy to proceed with it I needed to get some changes made re: my details. Customer agent MB1 (Mia) could not have been more helpful or friendly and we got the changes made quickly. Assuming next year the same good value and service is offered I expect to renew again then too.”
