Ben (BH1) was super helpful on live chat today. I messaged to check my policy cover for towing and he suggested I consider breakdown cover. He answered all my questions really well and I can now travel with peace of mind with my platinum breakdown cover :-)

I spoke with Tom TH3 who answered the phone immediately! No queue, fantastic! I had been in a queue immediately prior to that, for 45 minutes only to be told it was for Motor Insurance and not House and I couldn't be transferred and was given a different number! Tom came across as a really nice person. He had an easy manner but with a warm, polite and respectful way and clearly wanted to help me, efficiently. He had patience and grasped the understanding straight away as to why I needed a Policy change swiftly. He should be used as an example in Training as to how to liaise successfully with a Customer. Well done Tom.

TG1 was the person/AI app who helped me with my query on LiveChat. I had traded in my car for a new one, and needed to either amend or cancel my policy. It took over an hour and a half, and I would have preferred a phone call with a person. I didn't like the auto response asking me if I was still connected while I read the documents they sent over - I didn't do this to them when they were calculating estimates for a new policy. The price quoted for cancelling my current policy and taking out a new one was very high - I would have to pay for all the policy that remains even though it's defunct, and doesn't take into account any customer loyalty. I worked out it was cheaper to cancel and pay all the cancellation costs, and go with a different insurance company.

I was ready to cancel my auto renewal. However after speaking with JE7-Jordan she set out a new deal which met my changed requirements which meant I would have transport to visit colleagues houses to watch the World Cup final. Great service.
