I spoke to Sarah today (SM2) who helped me sort out my car insurance on buying a new car she was very helpful and made this an easy process as when trying to do it on line the website did not recognise the new car reg so would'nt allow me to proceed so I spoke to Sarah on live chat.

I have had car insurance with OneCall for several years. Fortunately I have never had to make a claim or to request breakdown assistance but whenever I have made contact at renewal they are always supportive. Today Syzmond (hope this is the correct spelling) helped me reduce my quote by £50 and so very happy. Straightforward and clear. I like the fact that OneCall include so much within the standard cover especially breakdown.

Great customer service , Agent ET1 ( Edmond ) took their time to explain the policy and make sure everything was correct a true asset to one call insurance. Polite and did their due diligence going through my renewal.
