Jake K was extremely helpful with my enquiry. He listened carefully to my queries and answered them politely and in a way I could understand perfectly. SP6 slow to respond. Took 25 minutes to change my address and seemed more interested in selling me extra cover that I don’t need than anything else. For a “Platinum “ Service, leaves a lot to be desired.

AS3 was a breath of fresh air - she was easy to follow and pointed out exactly what was important on the chat to help me make an informed choice. I was going to leave and she did a perfect job of keeping me. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for this excellent example of saving a sale.
