“I had a successful online chat with Jordan (JE7) to discuss the car insurance renewal quote I received, which was a massive increase on the previous year, when I had not made any claims. Jordan took some info and with the revised information was able to give me a reduced price. I also had the option to make the payment via the online chat so that is all sorted now, ahead of the renewal date. I mentioned to JE7 that it would have been helpful to actually ring up and speak to someone on the phone rather than the online chat. I had telephoned but found that the number was no longer in use and directing me to the online chat. JE7 advised me of the correct number I should have called to discuss renewals and also gave me a number for customer service. All in all, very helpful. I have been with One Call for several years now and they always come out on top for best value, even when checking other companies on comparison sites.”

“LN1 (Lawrence) was very clear with his explanations, helpful towards achieving my desired goal (making my renewal quote more competitive), and reassuring (home start breakdown cover is very important!) He clarified everything well, and was very polite. He certainly retained my business as I was certainly considering taking my business elsewhere after my initial renewal quote was £6 higher than it is now (jumping from £22.41 per month to £35.66!) I appreciate the 3 year fixed price too.”
