“WP1 helped he to change the vehicle on my policy after I couldn’t log into the portal They assisted me to access the portal & changed the vehicle details. It wasn’t straight forward as I had a personalised registration plate too. They were very informative, patient & very experienced. They offered products that they thought I’d require. Very impressed & happy with the outcome”

“FP2 was very helpful this morning, polite and professional. She did her best to try and help me. However, the system she was using could only give me a quote from the insurance company I am currently with and I will now have to call the customer number to get a better quote for my new car. Doing things online is usually quick and efficient but when you have something outside of the norm, it's a lot more trickier than speaking with a human first time around. One Call, please give us the option to do this when required.”
