“**ET3** handled my call today discussing my insurance requirements and renewal. I was really impressed with the efficiency at which my questions were all answered and the speed the revised renewal price came back at. Historically these calls have taken ages with bring placed on hold more than once for long periods. Not today, ET3 was clear, efficient & professional and a great asset to her team and company. “VH3 very helpful. Wait time not excessive so no complaints. I guess stress test will come if I need to make a claim but otherwise very satisfied and have doubled down with a second policy. Might move my wifes car over as well at renewal time”
