“The person i spoke to, AM2, was very good, prompt and did exactly what i wanted, explained a few additional things and overall I am very happy with her. The reason for the 3 stars is, as usual, I got a cheaper quote elsewhere and upon cancelling my policy with One Call, they managed to match it. WHY NOT JUST DO THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE? IF IT'S THE BEST PRICE YOU CAN DO, THEN JUST DO IT. I wonder what they would have priced it at if I'd said the other quote was actually £50 cheaper?”
