“CM7 made my day much better by improving my original payment price for this years home insurance cover. I had done a comparison and taken out a new policy which I have just cancelled. CM7 was very good at explaining every detail about my policy and with full cover that I was happy with he reduced my yearly amount and being 2 pensioners we really appreciated all his help from him. He was very polite, lovely to talk to and not pushy in any way. I am back with One Call and very happy with the outcome. Thank you CM7”

“I wanted to add a driver to my policy and could not do via my account. The lovely SK3 helped me with the process, has locked in my insurance cost for the next 3 years so I don’t get increases and she was really polite and informative.
