“MB1 I got in contact as I was adamant i wanted to cancel my policy. Customer service was actually excellent from MB1 who was quick in response time, understanding and polite. “Leanne (SO6) was excellent today in retaining my car insurance custom for One Call for next year. After some discussion on items in the quote, she offered a couple of additional options of which I was not aware. This suited my requirements entirely and I had no hesitation in agreeing the deal. She was thoroughly professional and knowledgeablein her approach and put this over clearly and concisely. All in all, a pleasure to deal with.”
