Great customer service, needed to call as the online didn't except my changes. When I spoke to Tom the quote was already there, he explained everything very clearly . Monthly cost , excess ect. Price was very fair , quick friendly polite service. Will recommend to all my friends and family .

I used the chat feature today as I was confused over the wording on a new policy. I spoke with Lewis EW9 who very kindly pointed out the wording and put me mind at ease so I bought the policy! Much quicker than phoning. Hope I get EW9 again if I need them.

3 Star average overall 1 Star - I attempted to convert a quote to a policy yesterday, following full payment, I received a notification that OneCall were unable to process my request. So I processed my new insurance elsewhere. So needed to get the request cancelled 5 Star - I was advised to contact the Online support team. CONNOR was very helpful very quickly
