“I received a renewal invite for home insurance which I thought was too expensive. I shopped around to find something cheaper, which I did. I then contacted One Call via their portal using the Chat facility. I was connected to KT7 who was brilliant, there was no hanging around for replies, KT7 was in the case. KT7 answered all my questions and asked me the right questions to make sure I was getting the appropriate cover for my needs without trying to sell me add-ons that I don't require. They managed to find me a new quote including all the add-ons I don't need, but for half the price of the renewal quote. Great service! Thanks KT7”
