A sudden opportunity to purchase another car has arisen just as my new insurance with you was due to start. Your operator FP2 was extremely helpful and speedily offered an interim quote which was competitive as I couldn’t be entirely sure when the new car would arrive. I thoroughly recommend the customer service, even if I don’t take insurance out with One Call on the new car

Was looking for help on a payment issue and Wiktor, WP1, was great. Right to the point. Told me what I needed to know in terms of dates, how to fix it for next month, and even helped me look at a potentially more beneficial breakdown cover. Fab service!

I had two concerns. Whilst TJ1 couldn't help with first issue, she could and did handle my second concern very well. I was trying to change my insurance after having to obtain a change of car having had mine written off. I had tried to do it myself on the portal, and failed. So thank you TJ1 you were brilliant and got it sorted, including additional payment needed, very efficiently. Thank you.
