“We were helped today by AT7 so add an important document on our home policy, they helped quickly, without hesitation and all under 10 minutes. We had trouble trying to get hold of anyone not only willing to help, but give us the time of day which was frustrating, AT7 has restored our faith in One Click and is a reason we will continue our customer. “REFERENCE TJ1. I had difficulty using the portal as there was a glitch in the system. After much frustration I found your 'chat operative TJ1' very helpful and patient. Unfortunately I miss read her name for which I apologise. I would add that I am 72 and do not find these things easy.”
