“I wanted to cancel my policy as it had autorenewed. I was helped by Anais who was very good. She went through a couple of things with me such as items which could lower my payment but, as I had already taken out insurance with another company, Anais was able to cancel my insurance policy. She said it may take 3-5 days for the payment to be refunded so I will wait for that. It woukd be much better to have an opt-in box for auto-renewal rather than an opt-out box. I woukd imagine that catches a lot of people out.”
