“CN4 was unfortunate enough to witness me on a stressed out day, mid-spiral! As I was teetering on the edge of a meltdown, Connor calmly explained the changes, and was kind about it too. Thankfully it turns out i just cant read well and jumped to worst case scenario 😅 thanks Connor/CN4!”

“I rang to cancel my auto renewal due on 13 April and after discussion with Patrycja I was given an updated renewal price which is virtually the same as I have been paying over the past year so I decided to go ahead and renew with One Call for the next year.
