“Policy had auto-renewed 5 days before previous policy had expired, which I hadn't realised would happen. Hopped on to Live Chat customer advisor MX2, who explained One Call's renewal process, updated the policy with new info I gave and managed to save me money on the renewal, partial refund pending. Excellent service from MX2 :)”

“BC5 was extremely helpful today, very clear and friendly. I asked for assistance in updating a car insurance policy in a couple of different ways for making changes, which I was helped instantly and clearly explaining what was needed. BC5 asked if they could help update my home insurance policy at the same time, which I would have completely overseen for updating my name on and forgot about. So refreshing of someone thinking steps ahead to ensure two policies are up to date and valid, and not wanting to rush through things and only answer the original questions, but taking the time to ensure I was happy and they could do everything possible. Thank you BC5”

“Ti2 was very helpful as there was a problem when I tried to make an additional payment. I would like to separate the excellent service by Ti2 from the outrageous additional premium for changing address charged by One Call. Over £80 including a £24 admin fee is daylight robbery.”
