“I spoke to JC8 today and he was polite, friendly and very efficient. He explained the saving I’d make if I did any changes to the policy on the ‘portal’ and not on the phone. Very useful to know and when I told him that I hate using ‘portals’ and I’ve forgotten my password as well, he has sent me two links to help me get into my account. Thank you JC8 for being so understanding of a tech loathing dinosaur like me! And sorry for the lack of any photos or videos but the only type of file I could possibly ‘drag’ would be one across me fingernails.. But this emoji sums up how I feel. 😅”

“I spoke to AR2 who was very helpful and sorted out my problem with no fuss. Thus person was very polite and even e-mailed my insurance certificate so I had it available upon picking up my new car. Really prefer talking to someone on thd phone than having to type on a chat.”
