“Your agents, both Hannah and JL9, were very professional in their approach to my query and questions. I had the misfortune to not be able to check the renewal price of my insurance on my classic motorcycle. It was due for renewal in 2 days time! In most cases trying to sort out a better price is not straightforward. This is no complaint against you but all insurance renewals are a higher price than they should be, to their own customers. I believe that all insurance companies should look after repeat customers better. And with that said JL9 has been able to sort out a better price, and I will be staying with One Call Insurance for the third year. Thank you.”
