“Considering this was my fourth call, as promised return calls never materialised, my annoyance was contained by Joshua's (JC8) calm and adult conduct. He listened to my complaint and by establishing matters of fact gave me information which confirmed the process I had been through. He convinced me the issue/error was resolved, and although he apologised on behalf of the organisation his "service" was first class.”
