“When I appealed for assistance at 19.45 on Friday night, 7 August 2026, EF1 was at hand to help immediately. EF1 understood my message straight away and she came up with the answers, typing them in plain English free of padding and jargon. She also directed me to parts of the One Call Insurance portal that is the quickest way to call for the breakdown service if I require it. I was very satisfied with the assistance from EF1.”
