“After I’ve been trying to get onto the online portal for a week, I found a number to ring and your call handler PE2 was extremely helpful and sorted my insurance policy out very quickly and easily! “Used on-line chat to discuss policy changes (new car) and costs for upcoming renewal with Jordan. He quickly applied the change for minimal cost and then clearly outlined options for the upcoming renewal premium with the new vehicle. Cross checked with you-know-who on the other screen as Jordan provided his figures and decided to go with One Call's 3 yr fixed rolling contract with monthly payments as the best option versus comparison. Easy DDR set up and all finalised within an hour. Very pleased with the service.”
