renewed my van insurance today, the process was really easy, my agent was fantastic, very patient and guided me through every stage to make sure i understood what i was signing up for. Highly recommend this service today, give the agent a pat on the back!

Phoned and spoke to LE6. Leanne Warren, was asked if I had got any other cheaper quotes, said I had but couldn’t remember what they were and couldn’t be bothered with all the faf of changing, she said she would see if she could get my quote any cheaper and she did, so was very happy, she was very helpful and polite. Thankyou.

ly4 was very helpful compared prices that i have found on the internet and showing be the hidden extra cost on quotes that seemed a lot cheaper but with extra add ons worked out more expensive. plus save on upfront fee and used the 3 year fixed rate so no price rise

Apart from the extremely long wait on your chat line even when being informed I was first in the que (which is not the operator's fault). I was greeted by Kirstin KB2 who answered my questions fully and helped me understand the policy which I found at first to be extremely confusing. KB2 broke it down in understandable terms which helped enormously. You might not have got my business were it not for KB2's helpfulness!
