“I used the chat function today to discuss my renewal quote. I was assisted by Adam (AR5) who exceeded my expectations to be honest. He was expedient and helpful. He ran me through my quote and answered my questions quickly and with the right amount of information (no waffle, which is good). No sales pressure - which I appreciated.”
