“There was in issue with my no claims bonus being incorrect, I spoke to a number of people who were not helpful at all. I called One call insurance for the second time and call handler with the id AK7 listed to what I had to say, she then offered a way to resolve the issue, I called Tesco insurance to put to them what needed to happened, they refused to help, I contacted AK7 again, she was still working on my case one offered another easy to resolve this issue, thankfully Tesco took this on board. Without AK7 taking ownership of my problem then I don’t think it would have been resolved. THANK YOU”

“Needed to change address of car insurance, couldn't get through to phone, so tried the online chat. Spoke to BC5 (Britney) she was lovely! She solved the issue as I was having trouble logging in with the old email within minutes! Very efficient, listened to the issue & actioned it immediately! You need more staff like her!!!! She needs a pay rise too”
