“No help what so ever I told the lady who I spoke to I have another policy with no claims bonus on it to use this for a new policy I have just taken out and also on the policy I have just cancelled and could she use these two policies to confirm the no claims bonus but all she did was to send yet again another email to download and send the proof but I do not know how to do this I thought given my phone call she could have done this on her computer but no let’s complicate it and send an email”

Elliot, the first respondent, quickly transferred me to the correct department with a brief but courteous explanation that he couldn’t assist.
