“SP6 We contacted onecall as we were unhappy with our renewed premium. I live chatted with Shanice who was very helpful and looking into it realised it was an error made by onecall. She immediately sorted out the problem and arrange for our refund and also at our request gave us a requote which saved us some money. In addition she offered us several add ons to the policy giving us the option of the best cover possible. Very helpful.”
