“Customer service from JE7 was exemplary when I queried my renewal. The only problem I found was actual contact. The live chat just goes round in circles and the phone line is always busy but, having got through JE7 couldn't do enough for me. Highly recommended.”

“The on-line agent TW9 was absolutely brilliant today. We had an auto renewal quote through and we contacted One Call to see if there was any chance of a reduction - the insurance had gone up from last year. TW9 asked some key questions and then after we shared a quote we had from elsewhere found a better quote for us. It was quick, easy and we paid through the portal as well. Insurance renewed in plenty of time. Highly recommend One Call Insurance - always had good service”
