“I received my renewal notice and noticed the funds were taken from my account before the start date, which gave me time to research the market for like-for-like cover. I contacted Nicole at One Call, who was very helpful and reduced the price to match a cheaper quote I had found, and also refunded the difference. The whole process was much simpler than I had expected. I’m very happy to continue for another year with Integra via One Call.”

“I received a renewal notice in good time, which I was stupid enough not to act on more quickly. I shopped around for alternatives and found no one offering me better cover at the price. I then had to panic on the day of renewal with the chat and it was handled excellently and efficiently. Well done JD7.”
