“Just been chatting with Wiktor P (WP1) re a change of address to a car insurance. He was extremely helpful and polite throughout. He listened to what I had to say, made suggestions and was never pushy to upset. I did take one extra product that he recommended and this was fully explained. I was made to feel a valued customer.”
