“Quickly and easily got help with renewing my policy via the customer service helpline with agent WG1. A very friendly, helpful agent who sent me a confirmation email immediately as I'd requested. 5⭐️ Its a shame the same can't be said for the live chat agents. I delt with a lady called Shanice, twice, on two separate occasions, regarding this same issue with my renewal. She was most unhelpful, short in her response and said the issue was sorted but couldn't send an email confirmation. On speaking with WG1 on the phone today, it is very clear to me the renewal wasn't accepted, as he has done that for me”

“Live chat used to make an enquiry and I dealt with user SS9 who was super quick to deal with their response along with the correct level of information which meant it took less than 10 mins to solve. The Live Chat queue was extremely quick and I did not have to hold for very long.”
