“TS7 was extremely polite and patient with me. I did not make if known on the call but I have a brain injury and sometimes I can struggle to make sense of certain situations but this lovely ladies approachable and relaxed approach made it very easy for me by fully explaining what she was doing/what she needed me to do etc. TS7 was very professional and is definitely an asset to one call.”
