“Needed to cancel a policy as timing chain had snapped. Couldn’t add to policy for new car so cost me £90 to cancel with the admin fee but luckily got a cheaper quote for the new car than online so slightly balanced out . Had a brilliant young lady from customer service dealing with me though. Called me back save me waiting.”
