“Great communication. Just unfortunate that I have been quoted cheaper elsewhere. However, SS9 tried very hard to point out a few things that were not included in the competitor’s quote, but in the end cost is key at the moment. Thank you anyway.”

“We spoke to Tim this morning Friday 12th with reference to difficulty we had been having with getting into the portal following purchase of car insurance . He was very helpful far beyond the call of duty and helped us get the documents we needed to be able to collect new car being purchased, after a very frustrating time for us being Senior Citizens and finding some of the digital technology difficult. He was very patient and we were pleased to have got the documents with his very professions and caring help . i would rate the service at 200%.”
