“I'd really like to leave a shout out to Kadie (KT7) at One Call Insurance. She was a real help when deciding whether to accept the renewal quotation I received for my home insurance. She was really quick, very knowledgeable and thorough, ensuring that I completely understood all the elements of the cover I was taking out and what each of the excesses were - also helping me realise that an alternative quote I had received wasn't all it seemed. I have decided to stay with One Call and I hope that Kadie's managers appreciate how much the chat with her today has influenced that decision”
