“Brilliant service from I Dylan (DB7) and Jordan (JE7) at One Call. I phoned to renew my policy. During the conversation we learned that a previous insurance claim by my named driver (wife) had not been notified to One Call. Jordan notified me that my current policy would need to be cancelled with immediate effect but advised me to get full details of my wife's claim on her car so that we could sort everything out. At this point I was panicking: would I be able to get coverage?; would I have to declare a policy being revoked? After collecting the details of the claim I spoke with another advisor (Dylan) who amended my details and reinstated my policy for only £20! He then went on to quote one of their Platinum rolling 3 year contracts at a competitive price. All my fears were gone. Nice job guys. many thanks.”
