“Picked up new Tesla which had 24hr cover to allow registration to go through. This hadn't completed and needed to contact customer services via the live chat. My call was handled by Elizabeth W. - EW2 - and while it was a bit time consuming we managed to effect the change of vehicle smoothly. Thanks again Elizabeth.”

“After being extremely frustrated trying to find a non claim number to call. I dialled the wrong number and was put on hold for over 10 minutes to be diverted to the correct number. I suggest One Call promote numbers to call, it is clear they only want customers to use the portal. We were unable to use the portal for our amendment. This is something one call should address to improve customer experience. When we finally spoke to an agent, Tom Hickman (TH3) he couldn’t have been more helpful and patient with us. Saved the day with our thoughts on One Call . Would have been a one star review otherwise. Well done Tom.”
