“Hi after making a call to the wrong number I had for onecall I was given the right number and put on toast chap who sorted my problem with no claims bonus out in a few minutes. Good clear voice and new his stuff thank you bb7”

“I had a bit of a complicated situation with a new policy which other advisors tried to help with but unfortunately could not - until I spoke with Leanne(LE6.Leanne Warren-le6) who instantly saw the issue and fixed it there and then. My experience with her was absolutely perfect, not that the others I spoke to weren't great - they were, just maybe not as knowledgeable!”

“I needed advice on how to reduce the renewal cost of my home insurance policy. The agent who answered the call and who advised me, NP3 was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. She managed to reduce the price but still keeping the quality of cover and support I was looking for. In the end the renewal cost was better than those I’d been looking at on price comparison websites. Plus it didn’t take forever! Thanks very much, an impressive service.”
