I chatted with JL9 today via my car insurance portal regarding my renewal quote, as I had done comparisons with a number of insurance companies and found a better deal elsewhere. She carried out a search and managed to source a better deal for me, which was most helpful. I therefore want to leave a good review

Shanice / SP6 was very helpful with my scooter insurance renewal. She took her time explaining the different options. We reduced my annual miles, which resulted in a lower premium. Have been with One call for 5 years now, would fully recommend.

Callum, CM7, was really helpful today. My quote was double what I needed to pay, and I found your portal difficult to access... So by the time I spoke to Callum I was in full Grumpy Old Fart mood. Callum handled this really well- he calmly tried to keep me on board, but accepted that I wished to cancel the renewal on this occasion. This was a good way to end, and I may well be back in future. Thanks Callum, I think you deserve a pay rise!

I spoke to your caller sh1 who was extremely helpful and informative on answering my questions in full. On changed issues ,she returned with reply’s that gave me answers for me to make judgments on about the cost for this coming year. With all required answers I have renewed my policy for the coming year
