Super responsive on the chat and was able to process everything I wanted today. My long list of changes were no issue and I didn't feel a like I was being a pain. If there were any periods where I had to wait, the agent let me know they were still there and what they were processing. I spoke to Isabel (IS1)

Pricing better than many other providers, but communication is only by chat, only offered a better price on saying i was leaving , was told i would also be receiving a refund of other policy cancellation , on renewing with them had to jump through hoops to provide a pdf document for something that was offered up front with no mention of this in initial conversation despite forwarding email from other provider, time wasted and ridiculous conversations about me possibly rediting an email to grab £25 that they offered in the first place. They need to be more clear and flexible. I wont be renewing again

I wanted to cancel my automatic renewal but could not do so without talking to a rep according to the website . However the web site hides the phone number for doing so!!! I eventually spoke to Illana IR2 after I found the phone number under bereavement and she got me an improved offer so I did renew even though car was not currently used !
