Was very disappointed when I did not receive a full refund it seems a bit excessive to be charged over £150 regards Jan Waller

Was surprised to receive my renewal with an increase of nearly 84%!!! Could not stop the autorenew online as within 21 day renewal period. Waited 40 minutes on the phone today (21 Mar 24) to talk with someone to cancel. Eventually through to a very helpful operator who took time to confirm all details remained same except for an additional year of no-claims bonus. Came back with a price only 26% higher! I'll take it for now but will be shopping around before the click-over date. Operator very helpful, polite, efficient.

I found it very difficult to inform One Call about the loss of my vehicle yesterday and spent about 2 hours without success. Even after being g sent 3 codes to establish who I was, all were rejected. After giving up I tried again this morning and was dealt with by Lauren LD7, who made it simple in a very pleasant proffesional manner. Wish I could have contacted her at the beginning.

Staff was very polite but still I have got problem with my payment because I believe he had wrong information and miscalculated. Also he did not send our conversation by email. I do appreciate if someone have a look again and back to me with results. Thanks

Live Chat took too long for something on my car insurance policy that the live portal could easily have allowed me to amend myself. Was cut off from the first assistant on live chat. The second assistant was quite helpful though.

PP1 on live chat was brilliant. But be aware that speaking to anybody at One Call Insurance is completely impossible. There is no telephone number. If you want to make a change, you better ensure you are comfortable using their website or live chat.

There was no live chat on the portal and it was impossible to speak to anyone by telephone. I finally saw the live chat on the general search. Spoke to Sarah who resolved the issue well. Getting to contact One Insurance was painful and not obvious how to do it. The web advice sends you round in circles but once I did get on the live chat the service was there. Perhaps the company needs to review their Contact advice

What I would like as a customer is to be given a fair price originally by post, instead of getting my back up that I have to go online to find a much better price. Then when I call you you then match it? Why not be fair from the start

Very happy with my policy but poor renewal routine and really slow telephone and chat response very frustrating. Rescued by going through the chat service with Emily eb4. She was thorough, considerate, polite and I was in the end happy to renew. I totally disagree that documents are no longer sent out, and the system has nowhere to declare that you need paper documents- that should be changed. Emily has confirmed you will send paper documents Thank you

The only thing I have a problem with is not being able to talk to anyone on the phone. Things would be easier to explain and quicker over the phone. Yes I used the online chat in which all people were helpful and friendly but it’s a pain. I’m can’t solve my problem just to change my start date insurance for 1 day can’t see a problem. I have tried temporary insurance for a day but I’m certainly not paying £35 for a day, it only need for half a day. It’s just a money making trick. Other than that all good

Do I call, do I online chat? Just wanting to change my insurance midterm as I bought a new car, became a lengthy process where I was pushed between online chat and phone.
