There was no live chat on the portal and it was impossible to speak to anyone by telephone.
I finally saw the live chat on the general search. Spoke to Sarah who resolved the issue well. Getting to contact One Insurance was painful and not obvious how to do it. The web advice sends you round in circles but once I did get on the live chat the service was there. Perhaps the company needs to review their Contact advice
