Very happy with my policy but poor renewal routine and really slow telephone and chat response very frustrating. Rescued by going through the chat service with Emily eb4. She was thorough, considerate, polite and I was in the end happy to renew.
I totally disagree that documents are no longer sent out, and the system has nowhere to declare that you need paper documents- that should be changed. Emily has confirmed you will send paper documents Thank you
