“I had a brilliant experience talking to EK2 today and yesterday - very patient and diligent in talking me through how the policy worked and how to insure items of particular sentimental value. Rang back when she said she would and made it feel like nothing was too much trouble.”

“I was Initially quoted £312.12 via Compare the Market where I completed all details including my current address and I subsequently transferred to One Call where I paid the £312.12 fee but on looking at their policy they somehow they had the wrong, my old one ( I moved 10 years ago). On noticing this I contacted One Call and was advised that the cost was £331.13 which I thought was fine and paid expecting the initial payment to be cancelled however I was later to discover that this was an additional cost bringing the total cost to £643.34. I subsequently cancelled the policy and trust that my money will be returned. I went back to my original insured Dial Direct and took out a renewal policy for £355.07”
