“I just chatted to CH5 in live chat. He has been really helpful. He answered my question and amended my policy. It was all very easy and he managed to get me a cheaper price on my insurance. I am staying with One Call partially because of the service I received today and the way my claim a short while ago was dealt with. Thank you CH5, I wish I could have spoken to you in person but one benefit of chat is having it all laid out for me to read and digest.”
