“I had a fairly complicated car swap to deal with and got absolutely nowhere with the Live Chat. In sheer frustration i telephoned and managed to speak to Jake Kidger (ji9) and what a breath of fresh air, he had everything sorted and settled in 15 minutes. His positive attitude was so calming and confidence making. If you had six stars I would have ticked that box. He is an asset that One Call should look after. Thank you Jake”
