Exemplary service from Kelley on Chat this afternoon - nothing but praise for his helpfulness; hence my 5 star review of live chat. HOWEVER I did have a 70 minutes wait online to complete my business -which took ten minutes to complete. 70 minutes [I was 50th. in the queue when I started.] 70 minutes

Only trying to change vechile but took forever on chat. Could have been done in 5 mins on the phone. I tried to do it on the portal but it wouldn't allow me. The admin fee was also ridiculous, the policy went up in price and the excess went up too. Wont use one call again.

Now you have gone all on-line, enquiries take longer ,if you have changed your e-mail address you cannot log in. It takes longer to address a situation by typing back and forth, I am not a typist or a computer expert, so very frustrating, the telephone system previously was far better and quicker and personal, used yourselves for many years and recommended you. Now will look around at next renewal and poor reccomendations. Mr A.Milton One Call rename TYPE-IN

3 attempts on live chat, a telephone number given to me that when rung, tells me they are not taking calls. And, finally, giving all the crash information to a member of staff and then having to repeat it when one call put me through to Ageas. Shocking customer service!

Charlotte 8 was very helpful but the cancellation fee was over the top in my opinion start of policy 19/01 2021 cancelled because of getting a car on mobility 06/05/2021 and only done 150 miles because of the covid so £55.99 cancellation fee hit me for 6

neither call to Jodie G OR lauren B answered my question before closing the session. i am awaiting a renewal quote for my 2 cars and mayebe they will answer my question. I am frustrated that the process produces no results hence the low rating. a phone call would have provided an answer

Been a customer for few years. Service always adequate. Disappointed when change of vehicle led to a cheapest price of £648 even after negotiation. Looked on comparison site and onecall quoted £238 for same cover. Needless to say they lost a long standing customer

I have just amended my address on line. I was told I would get a £15 discount for doing this. In fact I was charged over £50 EXTRA, without any explanation - part an adjustment of the premium, but half of it was an admin fee - but I did all the admin for them!! No doubt all this is in the small print somewhere, but it leaves a nasty taste in the mouth.

You did not understand the issue or the request involved i spoke to two operatives Jodie G and Daniel B one ender the conversation and the other asked stupid questions and did not relate to the enquiry . Daniel did how ever offer at last a solution but your companies information is not easy to find about temp insurance cover and neither of your 2 operatives offered any details other than an eventual web site details but that was nearly 40 minutes later ?

Pm4 found them impossible to communicate with on live chat Luckily for me a manager paid attention to my chat a called me directly to solve my issue otherwise my insurance would of been cancelled

The staff I dealt with were good but the overall experience was so poor I could not give a higher rating. Nearly two hours just to change my car insurance on a new car is not acceptable.

Three days and numerous calls to renew policy after my husband policy holder died. Not able to phone directly makes service very slow and online chat don’t call back when they say they will. Had to use email and live chat and eventually telephone and only persevered as Tom TB3 did genuinely seem to be trying to get me a quote I was happy with and met my needs

All online advisors tried to talk me our of renewing with you and it's a nightmare getting anyone to actually sort something's out! Cannot and would not recommend to anyone! Use a proper insurance company not this middle man!!!
