48 hours after buying policy I still cannot access my documents. Log into account and can only see my other policy. Tried Live Chat - not available! Cannot find any phone number other than Claims. Not impressed.

Would rather talk to an actual person than spend timed to on a computer, policy was cancelled and when i tried to call the number was told to use the website, talking to an actuall person would be eaier, not everyone can use a computer, I have had to have help from a friend todo this

Once connected to chat it took too long to process, should have been straightforward online, but would've been quicker and easier to actually talk to someone

KM3 is wonderful. I finally managed to speak to someone on chat, but had to go through Complaints not my Customer Portal

once i got through you was very helpful. but i was behind 55 people. it took a long time to find the 24 hour chat and there is no phone number to ring.

Initially I thought they were ok, but when circumstances changed , and said needed to cancel because of new price did not even try to contend with other companies offers

I had no problem with the live chat person sc8 but I am sorry to say as I had a particular problem doing it on live chat was not acceptable, was not easily resolved and very frustrating, therefore I have gone elsewhere. You need to re-instate talking to a personn in person I'm afraid.

The online chat operator was great but there was no need for me to use chat - I should have been able to do what I wanted using the customer portal. I was swapping my insurance to a new car. The portal is supposed to be able to deal with this. I could understand that the reg of a brand new car might not be on the database but the make and model of the car - widely available in the UK - was not on the list of options. OneCall says you're charged more if you use chat rather than portal so I wonder if I've been penalised for OneCall not updating their list of cars properly.

24hrs after taking out my policy, its still saying no insurance found and I'm still unable to tax my bike

Cannot get information after receiving letters informing you about changes, no explanation. Portal is a merry go round. Text chat depends on who answers, used it twice to get information. No general inquiry phone number. Wasted 2 hours. Better things to do. Will definitely look around next renewal.

Tried to cancel insurance policy. Spoke with 3 persons on life chat. Last contact sent over quote for cancelling and confirmed he would send in post. Wanted to discuss but Live chat Ran out so Frustrating!! Will wait and see now if information is sent in the post. I do not rate this as “Customer Service” Mr Williams

I spoke to Adam who was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly. However, trying to get to speak to someone was a problem..I could not log on to the portal so needed to speak to a human. Had to listen to a very long recorded message before being connected. One call...you need to be more easily accessible via telephone.

You like to take the money for insurance but your cancellation fees are disproportionate and very Draconian. Do you just need to push a button to cancel? You also charge a Broker fee for renewals, which again is disproportionate. You have some very polite call handlers, but I take exception to Robochat as there is no interaction with the customer

Tried to rectify a error with no claims discount years but found the one agent to be very unhelpful having me get proof of no claims on an old policy rather than just check herself with the details supplied. Also once rectified n No discount was applied. Terrible service, just pray I don't need to make a claim in future.
