"Spoke" to Jordan B and took almost 30mins to amend my occupation details. Repeatedly stated I didn't want anything else, yet he continued trying to upsell. Would have taken less than 5 minutes with a phone call JL4

If you want to speak to anyone regarding any queries you can't, the only method of contact is via livechat which often takes a while as you are nearly always held in a queue

Giving feedback is easy, getting a simple answer from you about windscreen cover was very difficult. No email contact, tried through Facebook with no response, couldn’t access chat easily until I was ready to make a complaint and then all of a sudden a link appeared. The person on chat couldn’t answer my question so she gave me a telephone number to call! Yes a telephone number! The guy on the telephone answered my question in less than a minute. Must have spent an hour trying to get through to someone.

Trying to get through was like running a marathon. I like to talk to someone not a keyboard. At 92 my typing skill is a bit laborious, and by the time I'd said what I wanted, I had been cut off.

I wrote a very critical review after a poor first contact experience and problems in getting the information I wanted from the web-site. I then received a call-back from Brendan (BJ5) who could not have been more helpful. He talked through the queries I had wanted to raise and gave me the answers and other information I needed and also explained why there had been the delay in getting back to me in the first place. A pleasant and helpful person to deal with, he completed turned around my attitude from "Why on earth would anyone want to deal with these people" to something much more positive. I also appreciated being given all my options but with no attempt at a hard sell. Altogether a really good buying experience.

I'm feeling very nervous! not able to check policy schedule eg if I remembered to ask for business mileage; after paying initial amount, I would like to go back and check what I'm paying for, as it's taken the initial amount and then says 'additional extras will be charged separately', so I'm not sure if I'm going to be charged extra, on top of what I've already just paid for breakdown cover etc; and chat is closed, so cannot speak to anyone; and then on this screen encouraging feedback, the first thing I see is 'cancellation process' is "difficult". Hopefully once I receive policy schedule and can see what I've got and received a breakdown of charges I'll be able to add a better review... :0/ I would grateful for contact, setting my mind at rest...

I found it very difficult to try to contact someone via live chat, I tried several times via the "contact us" facility on my portal but it kept taking me to frequently asked questions, eventually it took me to live chat, I found it infuriating that you do not have a customer service contact number and cannot speak to anyone if there is a problem that your frequently asked questions cannot answer. I also could not find any information on the portal stating the times when contact via live chat was available. Once I was able to get onto live chat, my query was resolved quickly.

unhelpful re change of date and when tried to cancel the policy during the cool off period, i was told it would cost me 50 pounds for it!

High maintenance insurance. You have to work REALLY hard to cope with them. OW2 was great to chat with, but frankly, the company needs an overhaul.

why is there no telephone number to customer services. Too much time wasted for a client even to find live chat. Previous emails never replied to.

Went to quote on van insurance. Quoted a price. There site says quote ok for 30days. 6 days later went on site with referance. No quote found . Then the chat line also said no record even when I quoted referance and suggested requite. Now nearly £100 pound dearer. I then rang to be told oh we found quote ref no. But because I required today it would be £13 dearer. I was at the dealers and needed to insure but they would not see any compassion following my issues in getting the correct ,original price. 6 days into a 30 day GAURENTEED quote .?

Just tried to change a vehicle and had to use live chat to do it. Agent persisted in trying to sell enhancements to the policy despite my repeated requests just to do the change of vehicle. Had I been speaking to him over the phone I think I would have lost my temper.

I almost changed my mind - the marketing of more and more add-ons (and the repeated revelation that cover was not as good as one had a right to expect from the statements on Go Compare)

Obviously in the small print I have to pay £6.55 to cancel the insurance. Operator very helpful but disappointing to not receive a refund Would not recommend and need an option of not getting a refund Richard Watson
