Waited 45 minutes before I even got a live chat. I don’t think that what I asked you to do you have done correctly. I do not like not being able to talk to a person on a telephone. I will be thinking if I renew with you in the future.

Very happy with live chat although I do think it would be better if we could get on it an easier way. Took me ages to find how to get on

The chat was fine , very dissapointed with the portal as would not give quote , not much use really as you can't use it . I think its probably just so you need to pay the administration charge . Other policies I have had with different companies I have been able to use their portal ok .

The lady I spoke to in the sales was very helpful and the members of staff on the chat line were very helpful. HOWEVER, I have spent around 1.5hours total on hold trying to get through to speak to a member of the sales team to move my insurance policy from one vehicle to another.

found the website very difficult to go through and then when all the extra came up I believed that they were covered in the beginning. have been trying for two days to get the house insurance with you. Have yet to rate your performance.

Only just taken out the insurance but so far, not too impressed, no telephone contact, you have to search for the web contact and they have taken further payment from me without notification? They also charge for £39.00 any change you make, even though there is no telephone support. I would avoid

I understand that to keep a insurance company competitive, you need to develop a way of keeping communication time down with customers. But come on, almost a hour to cancel a insurance policy. Because there is no telephone direct numbers you can call. But being number 15 in a Line of people trying to make contact with your insurance provider, isn’t the way I want to spend my Saturday morning. I’m 100% in moving on with technical and on line chats . But there are way better things to do on a Saturday than to be wasting 52 minutes of your life on the end of a mobile phone. And then being charged £59 for administration costs. Is most definitely a complete P take . So this is my review. So 2 stars is all this review is getting and I can’t believe I’ve just wasted yet another 5 minutes of my life being bothered to write it to honest.

"Spoke" to Jordan B and took almost 30mins to amend my occupation details. Repeatedly stated I didn't want anything else, yet he continued trying to upsell. Would have taken less than 5 minutes with a phone call JL4

If you want to speak to anyone regarding any queries you can't, the only method of contact is via livechat which often takes a while as you are nearly always held in a queue

Giving feedback is easy, getting a simple answer from you about windscreen cover was very difficult. No email contact, tried through Facebook with no response, couldn’t access chat easily until I was ready to make a complaint and then all of a sudden a link appeared. The person on chat couldn’t answer my question so she gave me a telephone number to call! Yes a telephone number! The guy on the telephone answered my question in less than a minute. Must have spent an hour trying to get through to someone.

Trying to get through was like running a marathon. I like to talk to someone not a keyboard. At 92 my typing skill is a bit laborious, and by the time I'd said what I wanted, I had been cut off.

I wrote a very critical review after a poor first contact experience and problems in getting the information I wanted from the web-site. I then received a call-back from Brendan (BJ5) who could not have been more helpful. He talked through the queries I had wanted to raise and gave me the answers and other information I needed and also explained why there had been the delay in getting back to me in the first place. A pleasant and helpful person to deal with, he completed turned around my attitude from "Why on earth would anyone want to deal with these people" to something much more positive. I also appreciated being given all my options but with no attempt at a hard sell. Altogether a really good buying experience.

I'm feeling very nervous! not able to check policy schedule eg if I remembered to ask for business mileage; after paying initial amount, I would like to go back and check what I'm paying for, as it's taken the initial amount and then says 'additional extras will be charged separately', so I'm not sure if I'm going to be charged extra, on top of what I've already just paid for breakdown cover etc; and chat is closed, so cannot speak to anyone; and then on this screen encouraging feedback, the first thing I see is 'cancellation process' is "difficult". Hopefully once I receive policy schedule and can see what I've got and received a breakdown of charges I'll be able to add a better review... :0/ I would grateful for contact, setting my mind at rest...

I found it very difficult to try to contact someone via live chat, I tried several times via the "contact us" facility on my portal but it kept taking me to frequently asked questions, eventually it took me to live chat, I found it infuriating that you do not have a customer service contact number and cannot speak to anyone if there is a problem that your frequently asked questions cannot answer. I also could not find any information on the portal stating the times when contact via live chat was available. Once I was able to get onto live chat, my query was resolved quickly.

unhelpful re change of date and when tried to cancel the policy during the cool off period, i was told it would cost me 50 pounds for it!
