Impossible to phone anybody, all done on live chat, could be 50th in queue. Even when I got onto live chat, I was told, it was the wrong one! Spent about 10 hours trying to organise a courtesy car! I constantly told them I was in Clydebank but they still ordered it in Aberdeen. Eventually spoke to Pasley hire car company, but they informed myself that a hire car wouldn't be available for 8 hours. I had to be out of hotel in 2 hours. Would I insure through OneCall again, NO!

If you speak to an advisor then everything seems good but any follow up is non existent.

I bought this insurance as a renewal instead of my Saga renewal. I had an email and what's app asking for proof of my "no claim" bonus. I was surprised as I thought your companies communicate with each other. I tried to upload the pages that had my address and schedule on the renewal quote showing the 12 years no claim bonus. I tried to use your portal and thought all was ok. Then I get a letter to say I hadn't done it or it wasn't accepted? I tried to find a way to speak or email you but there is no way to ever communicate. It took me two hours to find your address so I've now posted and tracked the copy of my renewal documents and tried to re-upload again too my complaint is we can't speak to you, why not

I’m not best pleased having spent over an hour completing an insurance proposal online, then half an hour later checking my new documents only to find they show my previous address, not even my current address, when what I need is a document for my new address

I was surprised I had a cancellation fee of nearly £50.00! Having only had the policy activated just over 24 hours so I could test ride a motorbike from a motorbike dealer of which I decided not to buy.

I've tried for hrs to try and get on my portal As it does not open up I think you need to look into this ,it's happened on various ocassions ,

OW4 was really good sorted insurance out for me but the whole experience is just too long would be so much easier just to talk to someone on the phone.

I initially set up a auto and homeowners policies with One Call. The start date for the HOmeowners policy was incorrect. When I tried to sort this out with One Call, they told me I had to contact oneclickcover. When I contact them, they told me I had to go back to One Call, cancel the policy and reapply for a new policy with the proper start date. So I got the run around as they say. In the process the homeowners premium increased from $131.81 to 165GBP for the same coverage! What a rip off! One CAll does not have a telephone number to speak live to a representative to sort matters out. Just the chat feature, which they hide behind and give you incorrect information. Not sure I will renew with them. Good prices but poor service.

Not happy with the service, had my policy cancelled due to change of address, no way to call!!!! So had to get cover from another company and my 7 months remaining I will have a tiny refund. Will not be recommended

Online chat too time consuming. Agent DW3 had to be repeatedly asked some questions which he seemed to ignore. Also trying to sell upgrades which I had already not accepted when taking out the policy. Much quicker to speak to someone over the phone. I will not be using an online only service in future.

Would have given another star if I could have had a telephone discussion. No contact tel number anywhere to be seen. Also couldn't change my address on the portal despite saying I could. Had to resort to chat line.

The caller was helpful however the background noise was not conducive for an enjoyable business conversation. I had a headache at the end of the call asking him to repeat the facts so many times. You need to improve this as i suspect many others will cancel the call as they cannot hear easily. Premium was 50% greater than quotes elsewhere so uncompetitive.

It was time to renew my policy on home ins. I spent most of my day trying to talk to someone, after being cut off getting frustrated with the website and given a higher price than last year I decided to leave. Its been very difficult to talk with anyone but I thank you for your business the last year. Goodbye.

The lady on the phone was very helpful "BB3". The cost of renewal included a £30 broker fee! Making the premium £171. We received a better quote for £151. I will after discussion on the phone now compare the new quote given.

Changed policy dates cost me extra £225 which is excessive as there’s no difference in policy or length of policy. Went back on line and got a quote from one call for same dates and no extra charge. Feel I’ve been taken advantage of by the insurer and will check with FCA or cancel.

Made it quite frustrating to cancel, not very clear on what fees I would be paying if I cancelled especially as I still had 5 months left that I didn't need. Overall quite disappointed in the protocol this company has with cancelling.

Communication is bad No replays to emails. The consultant couldn't to provide any helpful information. After 10 min talk on a phone, he gave me the number instead of trying to solve the problem When I call to a given number there was a queue. They call back after some time, but I was busy couldn't answer So...no solution:(
