Too many further questions about 'extras' and what I will NOT be getting! The whole process took about 1 hour and twice as long as it should have.

Not good at all. If you need to make contact with your insurance company easily these guys are not the best. Online Chat with generic responses is almost the only way they will communicate.

She did not mention that I could still get my windscreen repaired without claiming on my insurance. This is a cheaper option with no excess to 9ay.pay

Always frustrating when a company sends you texts and emails saying 'your policy will be cancelled urgently' out of the blue - firstly you presume it is phishing, then when it is not - you wonder why they didn't just ask for those details at the point of buying the policy (driving licence) if they were mandatory.... even though they're not required by any other insurance company!!

Get sent a discount code to be used on setting up a 2nd policy. Only to be told I can only use on a new policy. Not a renewal of my 2nd policy. I now have 3 codes for money off. How many cars do I have!

Constant problems validating licence threatening to cancel my policy. Even though I updated it 6 times. First time using One call. Let see how they do.

As I can not sign a new contract on line for finance with Close brothers they say my insurance on my car will be terminated on the 14th june. I bin with these for years and so disappointed. So I gone else where. They better not charge me for leaving them. It there fault

Somewhat confused and shocked to be honest, renewal recieved and more expensive so did the normal thing and shopped about only to find same policy with same provider is cheaper if I completely cancel then redo with said provider, spoke to call centre and they still couldn't do same price and told me to cancel and do online?? total waste of admin time.

Seems to be how much money they can get out of you, looked into cancelling my policy as I was changing vehicle, got quoted an exorbitant price, asked for a quote for new vehicle, came back double what I have paid eventually. No one available to answer calls. Will be steering well clear of once this policy ends.

Passed from pillar to post. Repeated my personal details over and over again. Led to believe I had legal cover on my policy, spent 20 minutes on the various calls and then finally told I want covered, thanks! Then told to speak to live chat about policy details and they are currently unavailable, the reason our country is on its knees? Too much effort without earning a fortune, minimum effort, maximum pay?

Phone today to change my address , charged a ridiculous amount and told I would be emailed my updated policy in 2 minutes , I’m still waiting !!!

very bad service. Impossible to contact by phone without ages to wait. Live Chat did not seem to be working. Very annoyed. What would happen in an emergency?

Spoke to Shaun today ref my insurance quotation to commence on 10/6/2019. Bit by bit he advised me that my premium would go up from the original quote. I than said I could get a better quote and to cancel the policy and refund my deposit. He then said if I cancelled it now I would be charged £49.00 to cancel. This is disgusting the policy has not even started yet and I do know that in transaction I have 14 days to change my mind. I have cancelled this policy and if you do not refund my deposit and even try to charge me £49.00 cancellation fee, I will be contacting the Financial Ombudsman. M.A. Smith

I think a £39 charge just to change the Address on my policy is unreasonable. I have never been charged by any if my brokers before. I shall not use one call again and will be advising my family and friends likewise.

2ND YEAR OF INSURANCE WITH THEM AND ONLY 11 DAYS AFTER RENEWING I GET A CALL TO SAY THAT THE EXCESS IS WRONG AND I NEED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £60 TO REDUCE THIS. WHEN I SAY ID LIKE TO CANCEL AS IM STILL IN THE 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD THEY SAY THERE IS ADMIN FEES - SO EITHER WAY IM SCREWED THIS YEAR BUT WONT BE BACK WITH THEM NEXT YEAR OR EVER AGAIN!

Your chat service, takes ages to answer, and more often than not cannot help. Then directed back to the website and eventually had to speak to a person who sorted my problem. Considering the cost of making changes to the policy, I think this will be the last policy i hold with you.

On the telephone Eg.3 was helpfull and effecient. Unfortunatly your online portal is not fit for purpose and badly damages your corporate image .
