Hi had a crash on Saturday 29th June, and had to spend alday Monday trying to get a courtesy car sorted as I had no I d with me apart from driving license, not what I needed to do as I am on holiday.

Couldn't get through on phone, tried Live Chat, sent proof of NCB, not good enough, wanted proof I was no longer insured with previous company, tried to send proof, was cut off from Live Chat. Repeated the above process on Live Chat at the same time as being 19th in the phone queue, Live Chat was hopeless, finally got through on the phone, sent required email again and it was finally sorted. Unfortunately this all took over an hour!!

Cheap insurance, but you should be able to select extras before you pay. I had to select an upgrade to get the courtesy car cover I needed and didn't appreciate having to do this after I had paid. It's sneaky and I'm thinking about cancelling this insurance as soon as I can to go with a provider that's more honest.

Been insured with one call for about 7years now.9years no claim bonus,I phoned up this evening to change my address,the lady then said to me my insurance as gone up,put me through to a man ,who then told me in seven days my insurance will be cancelled,I had to take out another insurance two hundred down payment and gone from 83a month to 140 a month ,wasn't abit helpful on phone why should I have to pay another deposit

£24-£39 admin charges! Are they having a laugh. Then if you want to cancel because you don't like being ripped off they try and charge you £55 cancellation fee! So you get shafted either way. Will not be using these again!

I really wished to speak with an agent. I had too long to wait so had to use the web-chat and feel no sales retention was used. The agent was polite and answered my questions but did not have the capability to retain the business. I am now having to look at quote comparisons elsewhere and feel the time taken up was not very productive. Too many barriers to speak with an agent I feel - sometimes its what's needed to retain a customer who was otherwise happy. Comparison sites are highly competitive and I am now going to have a re-look.

Having moved to France we needed additional car insurance cover and were quoted an additional £22.40 per month on top of the original quote. Therefore we went to a local company here in France and got full cover and breakdown cover for 28.57 euros per month. So if you intend to be overseas for more than 90 days my advice would be to look locally. We then got a minimal credit once we cancelled the insurance. Beware!

I've not had a bad experience with the on line chat. I am trying to speak to a person to arrange temporary car insurance for my daughter on my policy. When redirected I can't find anywhere to try and find said price. It would be helpful if you had a number to call.

The live chat responses with CT6 were quite abrupt, I was left waiting for longer than usual periods between responses with no indication about what was happening and had to prompt conversation. I really didn’t feel like the agent was happy to help. It may have been a busy morning but I would still like to feel like my query is important. Thanks

Ask for a second policy quote with daughter as named driver. Even though policy was mirrored with existing policy was more expensive than an online quote.

Watch out for the fees if you try to cancel or change your vehicle. The cost to cancel my insurance with 5 months left was almost the same as if I had let the policy run to conclusion. The quote to change the vehicle on the policy was nearly the same for 5 months as I have been quoted for a full year's equivalent fully comprehensive policy. They're great when they first want your business but hope you don't have to change your vehicle or cancel.

Spoke to cd6. I wouldn't complain about the service. They copied exactly what the computer said so nothing actually difficult. The most ridiculous thing- they can't really discuss your policy or make any changes to get you the Best deal (it was possible last year). Because they are just the broker!

Good price on the policy but they sent me a letter saying they had exhausted their efforts in trying to get my no claims bonus. Nonsense. They hadn't tried and they threatened to cancel my policy. It turns out that the policy they sold me was underwritten by the same people I had been with before but with a different broker. Not difficult then to establish my NCD. The only thing they exhausted was my patience.

Telephone line to yourselves needs shortening- (loose the will to live) You asked for proof of no-claims, this was done and confirmed, still receiving texts and emails asking for above
