SLOW TO UPLOAD DOCUMENTS FOR PRINTING,HAD TO DO LIVE CHAT TO FIX PROBLEM

I spent 20mins trying to get through on phone....gave up...tried live chat...10min wait for that....very slow responses from operator...then redirected to payments...this didnt work and i was unable to return to him..then was cut off....had to start ghe process all over again and it then said service was unavailable.....gave up.....needed contact as i was changing reg no plate and had to notify this.....at the garage finally got through to an operator after 5min wait and completed the task.....she was helpful but the whole process was a shambles and totally inefficient ...not a happy customer....and paying yet another admin fee...ridiculous....

The call service agent was very helpful. However I was quoted more to change my vehicle £347 additional than a new policy costs me for the same vehicle with One Call insurance via go compare £314 for a new policy. Obviously I am shocked having paid £308 to renew my policy 34 day ago! This was after finding a cheaper quote with the AA and having it reduced!!

I have used this insurance for about six weeks, paid two payments via DD, just wanted to cancel it as my daughter has passed her test so will be using her own insurance and they have charged 1/2 the cost of a full year! Crazy prices - beware of this.

First time with one call insurance and not great start ! nightmare to get through to and got cut of twice with no return call ? finally when i get through and give details they wanted in email .ie drivers licence number and NI number i ask for email to confirm my insurance is not going to be cancelled as was stated in email if i didnt provide these details within seven days , i am still waiting ??

Renewal quote more than doubled after reporting a van had broken my side mirror, I explained it was not a claim , just a FYI in case the van driver did something silly (he didnt stop) and I paid the 200 quid repair myself. My explanation appears to have been ignored and treated has a claim I will not be renewing the policy

No online chat available for hours. clearly not enough staff, I've been trying all morning, wasted a good few hours of my day. Long waiting times on telephone, I've been on phone for 1 hour and 5 mins (mostly on hold) to discuss or to try to cancel new policy, staff impatient and quite rude, i would not recommend or use in future.

Unfortunately we have to sell one of our cars we still have the other one insured with you but we're told we would get no money back and we might even have to pay a cancellation fee

All I wanted to do was change the vehicle on my policy. It took me an hour and 25 minutes to get through to someone who could do this for me. One person hung up on me and the other just flatly told me they couldn't help me and that was it.

Shame really, I was happy to take out an additional policy on a second vehicle. When trying to add on my discount is really was a living hell. I was passed from online team to sales phone team then back to online team over 2 days. At which point no one seems to tell me how to deploy the discount code. At one point I was told there is nothing more we can do to help you until I suggested that perhaps a screen shot would help. Within 2 minutes a screen shot came through an all was able to proceed. I nearly gave up and took my custom elsewhere.

After realising my direct debit hadn't been coming out my bank..and ringing one call to ask why..totally there fault I now owe nearly £300..yes I can pay it back at small amounts but seeing as it's not my fault I should've been offered at least only half to pay back or rewrite it completely off!

All was well and I was very happy with the service but I had trouble giving them my no claims proof. I uploaded the letter from my previous insurer but received letters stating my letter was 'unacceptable due to meeting our requirement'. It was a pdf - they don't come much clearer! Bit worrying as the letter states if I don't send proof within 7 days I will get charges or possible cancellation of policy! I tried live chat but it is unavailable, then states it is open 8am until 8pm. There is no telephone number on the letter or email. A great shame and it seemed very efficient service until you need to speak to them. Hopefully it is just a glitch.

Rang to cancel my policy. Never felt so underwhelmed as an existing customer. Got the general impression they couldn't care less if I moved providers. Expected to be asked if they could match what I'd been offered. Was just told the best day to call them. That's right, I have to remember to ring them closer to my renewal date! Pretty sure this is so you might forget and bingo, you've got to pay them more. Thanks OneCall.

Whenever I phone One Call it is a mammoth task negotiating the menu and listening to all the legal jargon at the front of each call, once this has been achieved you then wait (forever, it feels like) before a staff member answers the call. Once through to the relevant person, the incident was handled efficiently.

Been with one call 6/7 years just gone on to platinum cover had nothing but trouble since being on it with direct debit being messed up getting letter's saying your going to cancel my insurance ring up it gets sorted but shouldn't have too !!!

I will not be renewing my home insurance with one call again they offered good rates for the first year then wham triple for the second, apart from that they bombard you with emails up to several per day offering you insurance for things you don't have nor asked for, there a dam nuisance.

Cover appears to be ideal, price is definitely worth it but unfortunately they are totally useless when you try to pay! Have spent over an hour trying to pay this morning and this was because they hadn't processed the payment properly on set up! I could've been driving around uninsured!!! Now I've been told that the payment line isn't working!!! Needless to say I am very frustrated and not happy at all!!! :(
