After having two payments go out of my bank, one of which was for a car I no longer have and one call know this, I then phoned up to ask for my money back, after waiting for over fifteen minutes I was hung up on. So I tried the online as suggested by the phone call, spoke to person called Daniel asking for his help and was then told “please phone up and enquire on the platinum service. I still have to phone again tomorrow as my patience was running very low. I have never left a negative comment but I think this time it’s justified as to be fair I think someone should have phoned me regarding this matter.

Broke down 10 miles from home waited 9 hours to be rescued.came the next day in the end,I gave up and caLledrod a taxi.Want to change my policy but can't get on the live chat as it tells me my date of birth is wrong!!!Rang spent 20 mins waiting ran out of credit and when I did get through they told me to use the porthole again!!!I just want to change my insurance. NO apology for the 9 hour breakdown wait either.

Tried to change direct debit details but was told couldn’t be done as direct debit in loop so may get charged if direct debit doesn’t go through, was very unhappy with conversation with web chat

I am changing my vehicle and the quote I got from OneCall was over double what I had on my current car. Checking alternatives, I found many alternatives at around a 20% increase.

it took so long for my call to be answered then a long time for the assistant to find the information to be found, I was cancelling my policy due to sale of car, then I was told there was no refund even though my policy didn't expire until November, could you look into this please, my name is Karen Ann Nixon and my postcode is LL36 9EG ny Mini was insured with you

The car insurance quote was cheaper than my last provider last year and all of the policy docs are kept online in your account portal pages. However, it was impossible to get a new quote from the portal this year or to stop the policy from automatically renewing without calling them. There is no email address to cancel, or make a complaint either. I work away from home and they only post renewals out. Have used a different insurance company this year and won't use this one again for how hard they make it to get any information.

Felt robbed canceling the policy. 55.99 cancellation fee what a joke. Took over a eek to get it cancelled, told always a system error which in turn cost me even more money, just a pure joke!! Buyer beware.

I was instructed to use the 'chat' line as it is quick. Nobody answered for about 15 minutes. That is not quick. When I got through I was asked what I wanted. I had already keyed in what I wanted. I waited for an answer. During this time I was asked if there was anything else I wanted. Why ask me that when I've not even received the information I had asked for? All I wanted was en email with my car insurance and certificate of insurance as an attachment. I don't know why this takes more than a few seconds, let alone another 5 minutes or more. I don;t think the person dealing with it was to blame - I think the company needs to look at how it gives out information more efficiently.

Disappointingly, I can never get through. The lines constantly hang up! and the web chat is offline during daytime hours. I recommend to try a company with better customer service levels to avoid frustrating log waits.

Within a week of taking out the policy I get an email to say the premium was going up by 60% as the”risk information“ was incorrect... what ever that meant! On line chat revealed it was the no claims despite my giving all details at time the policy was taken out. On 3 occasions I upload confirmation of my 24 year no claims and it was either not there or crashed the chat function so I had to start all over again with another advisor. Rather than just telling us the premium was going up, they should ask us to confirm the no claims and as for the £39 admin fee it would have been cheaper to stay with previous provider. Now have to wait 48 hrs to see if premium will be removed. Not a good start for new customer!
