I found the Live Chat application to be a nightmare, albeit the operator once connected on the other end was good. Everytime I was directed to another page for example, payments, I lost the Live Chat thread! Didn't find the online experience at all user friendly. I only wanted to add Business to my car policy and it seemed to be never ending.

Like walking through the thickest of mud, OneCall should be one call, not many calls, many confused options. The system is failing the good staff.

Nothing went wrong,I just had an enquiry My chat with KI1was very easy and she was very helpful and quick My problem was solved I’m very happy. Would recommend this service

Helpful guy but 50 minutes hanging on and on to achieve nothing. Quote to add extra driver ( clean licence) ridiculous when I only wanted it for a week Originally tried live chat but not available!

Details on new policy incorrect. Live Chat couldn't help as it's a new policy. Telephoned passed to 3 different teams. Luke who I finally gave all the details to said everything had been amended. Checked on the documents on line and found that only 1 point was amended; there should be 4 areas amended. Guess I'll have to telephone again.

Still waiting my policy after paying my deposit then one lady told me half hour and it will be sent next one told me couple of minutes and next one told me she’s just emailed them to send asap

Advisor was quick to reply online but pricing is silly - £39 to add a temp driver for a few days (that was the admin fee that needed to be paid upfront) cannot wait for renewal to leave !

I wanted to cancel my renewal. Wasn’t straight forward as I got questioned about what policy I was going for. I answered. But then went round in circles several times as they wanted to find info to sell me a policy. Had to strongly reiterate my desire to cancel. I pointed out if the renewal didn’t increase by loads I may not have needed to cancel in the first place!

Not sending documents that your e-mail said had been attached to a previous e-mail. Not making clear that roadside assistance Etc carried an extra charge and that we had to pay the breakdown service a charge on top of the premium paid..

I have tried and failed to get a quote for a second car. I was encouraged to use the portal but ended up still having to use live chat and still did not get a quote. In hindsight I should have called and joined the queue.

impossible to get a policy changed - waits on both chat room and phone line are very prohibitive. plus got cut off phone whilst 'being connected to another department. just wanted to change start date by 24 hours - really! I am getting out of this one folks!

I rang on the 14th, after getting a quote on compare the market, the person who answered the phone said the system was being up dated and I would receive a call back in around half and hour. No one rang. Today I have been on line and completed the insurance. The only reason you have my brothers custom is that you were the cheapest quote. I was not impressed with the service proved.
