“The lack of (and hard to find and read) 'phone numbers in the paperwork I received, and the poor clarification of the relationship between Aegis and OneCall, isn't great (I wanted to correct errors in the paperwork I got, so 'phoned the only number I could find in the paperwork - Aegis - who were unable to deal with it). The errors - e. g. mileometer reading (shown as 1!) - may have been unimportant, but I wasn't to know that.”

“I spoke with Cavan, CL4. he was very helpful, professional and calm, good customer service all round. He gave me a quote for cancellation of my policy that had just auto renewed and how 2 days under cover was going to cost me nearly 70 quid despite my not being able to drive for at least another 4 weeks due to injuries. He helped me understand the charges etc. Andrews in conclusion that I must without fail contact them when I purchase car insurance in order to prevent "Auto Renew". He also took my Credit card off the system so this can't happen next year. I elected to stay with One Call to save hassles and not waste 70 quid.”

“I spoke with KR5 (Kaytelyn) who was very helpful throughout. She had a very pleasant and friendly manner and was well spoken. On the occasions I have telephoned in the past couple of days, I have been put through to an agent very quickly which makes a change from most companies these days! All in all, I am very pleased with the service. I do, however, wish insurance companies would not increase renewal quotes by about 30% year on year, leaving loyal customers to telephone in order to reduce them to an acceptable level!”
