PS1 dealt with my renewal enquiry today in a most efficient and courteous manner. Paige S got me a renewal premium that was entirely to my satisfaction. If it were possible I would have given her 10 stars. A member of staff to be proud of in every way.

I have a hearing deficiency which makes it hard to speak to anyone on the phone however EC1 came across loud and clear and I was happy with the final Home Insurance quotation that he gave me.

Very difficult to speak to a living person and using the electronic one not very good after the conversation I will not be recommending your company to any friends or family and as soon as I can will be cancelling my insurance with your company
