“Tw9 tried to get me to renew my policy despite me saying I never agreed to. When she understood I couldn’t be persuaded… I don’t understand why for a renewal they give such a higher price and penalise fir staying with a company vs rewarding client loyalty.. she refunded me for the non accepted policy and was rapid about it”

“Had an online chat with JP3 today. I was literally about to cancel my renewal but he did a brand new quote for me, which I was so happy with so I’ve decided to stay.
