Didn't take too long to get through on live chat. WP1 was very helpful - I was pleasantly surprised to be offered help to set up my account - but managed to do it very quickly myself anyway.

After several attempts to have a problem solved (I was cut off three times), I got through to Niall. He patiently listened why I explained and sympathized with my situation. He was able to come up with a better solution than I was led to believe would be needed. At all times he was respectful and apologised for the phones playing up on my previous attempts. So easy to navigate and could not possibly have more helpful staff. Needed an urgent amendment to my policy and ML2 completed it within ten minutes, even saving me money! Third year of sticking with the same company and can't see us moving.
