I had an issue with my insurance policy where they said it would be cancelled due to a missing file. I was having trouble finding the section of the website to complete this so I spoke to customer service. Stacey (colleague SB8) was very nice and helpful with this service, very fast and efficient (bonus points for being friendly). Thank you so much for the help. Lovely company.

JC1 dealt with me. Seem to be good value, although thankfully haven't needed to make a claim. The only interaction that I've had was to provide information on a previous claim with a prior insurer. I did this though the online chat. There was a bit of a wait as I was 24th in the queue, but at least I could see this ticking down. Once the person (and it was a person) JC1 engaged and pulled up my account the interaction was smooth, courteous and didn't take long. On this interaction I have only given 4* due to the initial wait. JC1 was 5*

Contacted one call to discuss my renewal. Afternoon absorbing the short standard recordings, my call was answered. Agent D01 was very helpful in dealing with my query in a timely manner. Received my new quote and sorted in under 25 minutes from time of making the call. Thanks D01. Job well done.
