“After several attempts to have a problem solved (I was cut off three times), I got through to Niall. He patiently listened why I explained and sympathized with my situation. He was able to come up with a better solution than I was led to believe would be needed. At all times he was respectful and apologised for the phones playing up on my previous attempts. Ball is an asset to your organisation. Thank you”
