“I spoke to JS4 today on the phone about my renewal insurance quote. She was very friendly and polite and it was nice talking to her. She reviewed my needs and found me a more affordable quote. This was done quite quickly and I was very pleased with the results.”

“MC2 (the name of the helpful chap on the other end of the online chat), helped me update my One Call policy, quick and efficient, with a decent price to boot. Very grateful for MC2's help today. I haven't had to make a claim through One Call, hope I don't have to, but I can say their online support is very good.”

“Igot in touch in a panic ,after going through the paperwork for my car I thought my car insurance hadn't been automatically gone through for another year as I couldn't find any paperwork to confirm . After getting through to chat to an actual person ( sorry can't remember the name ) he said straight away that he could see it was insured ,after me asking for the paperwork he said he would send it Thank you”
