“I have spoken to both JM6 and JM3 in the Customer Services Department over the last two weeks concerning a query with my new policy. During my four telephone calls JM6 and JM3 have been very polite and very understanding. I found them to be very professional and courteous. The approach to their work is a quality which exists to a very high degree, far beyond the ordinary or expected.”
