TJ1 - made the necessary changes to my details efficiently. I had already spent unnecessary time being passed from one chat person to another and repeatedly trying to phone OneCall with recorded 'number invalid' message - hence the 4 rather than 5star review. Changing a home address and/or email address should be possible via the customer portal without having to chat!

After a lot of false dawns trying to get in touch via the portal I eventually got in touch with phone line but although they said I had cancelled I then got an e mail to say I still hadn’t cancelled and insurance was still live , eventually got through at last minute on portal to a lass reference EG4:) who sorted things out for me , now just awaiting confirmation E mail Got hit for lots of extras for cancelling but suppose my fault for not reading terms and vonfitions

Called to see if they could match a lower priced quote from another provider and agent LC6 quickly returned with a price that was acceptable to me. He explained the necessary features of the policy. Great customer service.
