I give 3 stars only because the customer service agent was very polite and helpful, if it was only for the customer service I will give 5 stars. As for the company although, I couldn't be more disappointed. For the company I give 1 star and still too much.

Had query over this years payment as my card had changed, called and spoke with Lucy (LT1) who could not have been more helpful, guiding me through the payment process on my phone. Thanks for helping me Lucy instead of me spending half an hour trying to do it online, it was a simple 2 minutes

Needed some guidance on changing the dd date. It had already been actioned by DB9 who had renewed my policy but JL9 confirmed everything was in place for the date to be changed. To finally find a company that makes scrupulous notes and follows them through is a godsend!

Looks like I’ve been paying for insurance on a bike I sold last year… which is typical me 🙄 So I was concerned prior to my call that I had left it late and it had auto-renewed but I was helped by the wonderful Leanne Warren LE6 who explained everything, put me at ease and sent my NCD straight away!
