“Its just so difficult to navigate on line. I wanted to cancel my motor insurance. I couldn't do this using the portal, there just wasn't that option, so i had to wait 20 mins to chat with someone and this in turn has caused me more money for canceling. The adviser was SM2 she was good and efficient, but i ready would prefer to talk with someone over a phone.”

“No help whatsoever just charge u for everything when it’s down to there mistakes renewed my insurance without my permission then charged me when my vehicle is sold then they still saying I owe them would not recommend”

“These calls are always a bit frustrating because the handler has to follow a script despite me providing the information earlier in the conversation. That said Dylan (DB7) was helpful, patient and polite and we eventually reached the conclusion we were aiming for.”
