“The customer service lady (pe2) I spoke to on the phone today was very polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I was trying to get a better price for my renewal, she managed this quite quickly. It wasn't as much as I hoped for yet the service you get from this company is excellent -- everything you want from an insurance policy. C”

“I was impressed by the way my annual renewal went today. Was a bit different this year as I had changed my car in August and wanted to make sure that I had all the same features that I had last year KL4 put my mind at rest. By going through all the details again it resulted in a reduction of about 20% of my premium for the coming year. A very enjoyable experience.”

“I got a scary letter from the MIB telling me that I was not insured. I contacted TJ1 via the chat and we soon worked out that the registration on my policy was slitghly out. TJ1 got it sorted for me very quickly and I am now definitely insured as my amended certificate came through straight away.”
