“LG3 was really very helpful with my Insurance matter.We had a good chat on the portal with some good advice of moving forward with my Car Insurance query and also signed up for a little more Insurance payment to cover my excess if anything happened in the future regarding my Car. Thank you again for my peace of mind and it ticked off one of many on my weekly jobs list.Good sound advice LG3.”

“I contacted one call due to my premium renewal which had went up more than expected. “Review for Jake, Jake managed to add my son-in-law quickly and easily to my policy after adding it via the online portal didn’t work. There are also grammar/typos on the portal so perhaps this needs some work, but if you have to call in and you get Jake he can sort things out quickly.”
