“BC5 very helpful in dealing with my query today on live chat. Polite, knowledgeable and efficient, she made it easy for me to add my son to my policy temporarily. And the price of the addition was non too shabby either.”

“Easy to arrange, fairly easy to cancel after being sent a 55.6% increase in a year. MB9 (Either Mia or Robert) didn’t appreciate being called a bot on the customer portal chat however. I find it strange that after being with a company for a year, they must be aware of you and your vehicle etc. so how are they able to quickly drop their price by over £80 when you mention that you’re unhappy and leaving. They might still have my business if they'd sent out the cheaper quote first. Cant give an opinion as to how the claims procedure works as I didn’t have a claim so it does make things difficult to assess. All in all, another years insurance gone.”
