After several attempts to have a problem solved (I was cut off three times), I got through to Niall. He patiently listened why I explained and sympathized with my situation. He was able to come up with a better solution than I was led to believe would be needed. At all times he was respectful and apologised for the phones playing up on my previous attempts.
