“I had a Live Chat with Jasmine =JC1= this morning 14/10/2026 about having an amendment on my Breakdown Cover. She was very helpful and polite and solved the issue without any bother! I was also offered an upgrade to my Breakdown Cover which I took as it was beneficial to me. Overall a very quick, hassle free experience! I would hope to get her again in the future if I need to contact One Call Insurance. Highly recommend.”

“I have been with One Call car insurance for many many years. However, i recently received my renewal, and I was a little gobsmacked that it had gone up from £311 the previous year to just under £700 for this year. An increase of over 100%. I called customer service and spoke with Cavan (CL4) who immediately got on the case and found a premuim deal at half the price, which was also fixed for 3yrs. Needless to say, this was a significant improvement and I was happy to stay with One Call for my car insurance for the forseeable future.”

“To start with I was an unhappy new joining client regarding a change on the proposal form and to be charged when policy hadn’t even started, not a great feeling when it was the autofills fault, but with the help from AW1. Who was very helpful and resolved the issue. 5 stars to that person. A credit to one call , More like them please . Kindest regards”
