“Spoke to customer services agent Sasha (user SM5) about my renewal and was very helpful. Managed to save around £100 off the renewal price and even beat the cheapest competitors quote! All in all, very satisfied.”

“I made a few attempts today to contact to One Protect to answer my query with regard to permissions to drive after hip recovery/surgery- Each time I explained and asked the call handlers to ‘bear with’,-as I am not a speedy ‘typer’!! however-possibly a One Protect remit? after about 4/5 mins-NOT 10!- & being asked, ‘Are we still connected?’ I would be logged out! SO Frustrating!!! 😬-A couple of times, just at the EXACT same time as requesting an email transcript! 🙄—(Pleease! One Protect, as an online insurer only, kindly consider giving your customers more time to live ‘chat’!-It will be of great benefit to you also)!-However! owing to the compassionate understanding and patience! of Super Call Handler/Advisor, EF3, my-no admins. fee!-query was resolved to complete satisfaction! Thank you, again! EF3-my hero! 🤩”
