“Excellent customer service both on line & on the phone. Efficient, professional, knowledgeable & provide what is being requested speedily with no excuses. The other thing is respect & not being pushy for more business as that is a put off. A gentleman rang after the policy was in place to check everything was ok & if any changes were needed. He asked if there are other services required, I said no & he respectfully left it at that. He made some changes very quickly, emailed me confirmation with his details should I need anything further. Lovely job!!! I am an attorney so this can be an arduous task when putting things in place for clients who aren't present but One Call dealt with everything extremely smoothly which in my experience is rare. Well done One Call, give yourself a pat on the back!”
