“ti2 WOW, This fantastic individual has RESTORED my faith in CUSTOMER SERVICE After waiting a while and expecting to be dealing the usual clueless customer service rep, ti2 WAS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!!!!!! “I had to update my policy. After the theft of my truck I had to get more security and up the mileage on the van. The web portal isn't the most navigable, but I'm sure they're all similar, so I went onto livechat and EW2 opened the chat. EW2 was excellent. Efficient and personable, which is just what this kind of job requires. Great stuff.”
