“I had changed my motor policy to add my new car. Had to get clarification that my current car and new car were both covered on the day of the change over. Had to use Chat as there is no way to phone One Call. (Bit ironic that the company is One Call but don't have the facility to take phone calls!!!!) Marcela G "MG9" was really helpful. Didn't ask irrelevant questions. Had all the information about my policy and answered my questions quickly and helpfully. Shame I had to wait 25 minutes for the Chat to start - but that wasn't her fault.”
