“I recently sold my car for scrap and needed to cancel my insurance and arrange a refund for the remaining policy period. Andrew (AK7) was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. The service was fast, efficient and professionally handled from start to finish. Andrew communicated everything clearly, kept me informed throughout and explained the process in a polite, friendly and reassuring manner. It was refreshing to receive such excellent customer service, with everything dealt with promptly and without any unnecessary hassle. My refund was processed, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. A big thank you to Andrew (AK7) for making the whole experience so straightforward. He is a credit to One Call Insurance. I would happily recommend their service based on this experience.”
