I was grumpy and mean to him, but he was kind and patient with me and because of this I have renewed my new vehicle with you at a very competitive price. “JF3 was very helpful this morning sorting out a renewal. She requoted the price and made improvements to the policy. She managed to keep the monthly payments pretty close to the year before much lower than the initial quote that was £20 more expensive. As a result I remained a Onecall customer.”
