“I phoned One Call Insurance about a renewal invitation, and the issue was resolved very efficiently by Leanne Warren-le6. However, the situation should never have arisen. I was quoted an amount that was £50 more than in the previous, year, but told at the same time that the cost of the insurance policy was £20 lower than the previous year! Leanne changed the quote to match the insurance policy, which in theory meant that the One Call management fee was waived so they would have made no money out of the renewal. I very much doubt that that was the case, but thanks Leanne for sorting it out.”

“Talked to AK7 today a lovely lady who tried to help me sort out my transfer of insurance from my old car to a new one I was buying. Long story, the new premium was almost 3 times what I was paying - I'll be honest - I could not afford it. Reluctantly I had to cancel my One Call Insurance and look for cheaper elsewhere. The lady was very helpful and has promised to send the refund of my cancelled policy to my bank asap. Hopefully, this will arrive soon and if it does - 6 stars!”

“I took a call from Leanne Warren - LE6 - earlier today (17/7/26) regarding my renewal. Leanne was super helpful, professional and polite throughout the call, explaining carefully my various options and gave me helpful advice in relation to reducing my premium. I was genuinely delighted with the service I received from her, especially since she was also able to reduce the premium I was originally quoted for my renewal. Thank you Leanne, you are a credit to One Call Insurance and I hope to deal with you again next year!”
