“Agent EW2 was very helpful when I wanted to cancel my policy as I have sold my car, so that is the reason for the 5* review. However, as a company, the £55.99 admin fee to cancel is a complete rip off.”

“Had a very positive experience with call handler Britney ( BC5 ) today. Resolved an issue, amended policy and confirmed now visible on portal. Advised of some additional cover which I will consider for sure. All together a positive experience through chat and only waited 10 minutes or so to be connected to an agent. Dave. ✅👍👏”
